It was a slow but steady flow when we arrived. Almost every table we tried to sit at, were all dirty with even food crumbs still on the tables or chairs. We wiped our table and chairs ourselves. Food at least was par and nothing was missed from our order, unlike many issues we've had in thè past.

Usually busy around the normal hours. Drive through is a major hassle when it is so, I'd recommend going in. I usually don't have to many issues at this one. Probably one of the main locations I stop at.

This has been my go-to McDonald's for years, and I've hardly had any issues. The food is always great. I have a lot of allergies and I really appreciate that you guys are open about your ingredients online, I feel safe eating here. 🙂

Wont be back in the dining room for sure. Staff forgot my cup for soda forgot my granddaughters dipping sauce. So i went to the counter and politely asked for a cup and sauce. Was told we don't have time for this. Then begrudgingly rudely got the items and tossed them on the shelf where the orders are placed to be picked up. It was the McDonald's in the cloister shopping mall. But both franchises are owned by the brown family so i would assume same type of people work at both. Go elsewhere is my recommendation..

I love using the mobile app. They are so nice there. And food is always hot & speedy service. I won't even use curbside if rainy out. And always use it when it's nice. I think I'd like a chance to step.out doors if I worked there when it's a beautiful day out!

My food was prepared as ordered, served at the appropriate temperature and tasted great. The associates I encountered were pleasant and professional. This dining room provided a pleasant environment for dining. I felt like a valued guest.

U forgot the beef patty on my burger. I worked my tenth 12 hour day in a row and all I could think about was how much I really wanted a bacon clubhouse burger when I was done. So it's 12:30 in the morning, I'm the only person in the drive thru, I'm polite to the cashier, and take my food with a smile. I drive it home. I walk in and find my daughter still awake. So I put my bagged food on the kitchen table and get her to sleep. It's a half hour later and although I'm sure my burger is cold I'm still excited for it. So I take the box out of the bag, sit down with my soda, ready to devour this masterpiece of a sandwich and find out that there is no fucking beef patty on it. I'm dead serious. And I expect coupons. Free burgers for a month. I want enough coupons to hand out free burgers to all of my family and friends. But I will settle for just a free bacon clubhouse burger.

What a joke. The new kiosk ordering system is awful. While I'm trying to order there are three employees just standing around looking lost. Then I still have to pay at the counter and the kid ignores me. After 20 plus minutes we just left. This place needs new management and to hire people who are not idiots.

Stood to long at the counter waiting to order. Gave up and used the kisok. Ordered right after my friend. She got hers in 5 minutes. Not enough people. Focus way to much on the drive through then the customers inside!! Never coming to this one again!!!!

Stopped by this past week. Stood at the counter along with another customer to be waited on. Four employees totally ignorned us. Both of us commented to one another about the poor service/employee attitudes. I walked out, commenting loudly enough for employees to hear. I won't go back. Have heard others complain about poor employee attitudes at this location.

Food was fine. But as usual took forever to get food. Only one order in front of me. Took 15 minutes. Meanwhile they concentrate on 7 vehicles in drive thru. Just because they are in drive thru doesn’t mean they should get preferential treatment. Go by when order was placed. Always seems to take too long, no matter how “busy” they are.

As always this place is slow, and there is always something wrong with my order...like today no dressing and or silverware for my salad that I ordered. I dont even know why I continue to waste my time and money there.

I'm thinking the Garlic White Cheddar Burger would be much better if it had White Cheddar Cheese on it. Unfortunately mine did not. Disappointing!

We sat at the drive thru for too long for fast food. (I shouldn't have went in the first place). I had to remind them that I had ordered a soda. Then, when I got home, we were missing 1/3 of my meal. Don't go here. If you do, don't leave until you've made sure you got all that you have paid for.

Love McDonald’s coffee but the drive thru is toooo slow. Dunkin’ Donuts in Denver has it down maybe get some pointers.
I can rarely stop here before work because it takes too long.

Deserve zero stars Everytime I come the shake machine is allegedly down in acceptable I worked in food industry and I know what goes on and it is pure laziness stupid an they miss an order of fries in my bag my other fries a spilled out every where . So I go in an they say sir we gave you the fries acting like I ate them so I cop a attitude they give me new fry and I order 3 doubles you gave me 2 single patties rediculous an my sister's salad I ordered you don't put lid on correctly an it spill all over bag

When I'm feeling especially fancy, and put on my best pair of sweatpants, the stretchy kind, for maximum double cheeseburgers consumption. The teenagers that hang outside in their pickup trucks, wow. What culture. Divine! Brava!

I went to McDonald's and ordered a $3 triple burger. I saw it was a special on my app. I got this tiny little thing that looked like a regular burger only if I had ordered three $1 burgers I would have gotten three slices of cheese and three buns and three tiny paddies...this was the same price but missing a slice of cheese and two buns for the same price...so how is this a special??? it is a trick. The fries were small in a medium sleeve. the cola was $1 but all ice. I will never go to the Ephrata Cloister McDonald's again. The people who work there now are so rude and act like they dont even see you waiting while they talk. The drink machines are messy and need cleaned up and the employees that work there at 3pm talk to each other too much.

I am completely outraged that it is 90+ degrees outside and you have a young kid standing outside taking orders when there is clearly no long lines outside. Maybe the manager should be standing outside taking freaking orders!

What a joke of a business. I went through the drive through to grab a quick lunch today... ordered the fish sandwich meal with light tarter sauce... got back to the office and the box is full of tarter sauce it is actually pooled on the sandwich. Never again. The only reason you are able to stay in business is your location and name!

Wow... my boyfriend and I ate bacon egg and cheese biscuits for breakfast and we both ended up being sick all day �� So I called and told them what happened and the response was.. oh well thanks for letting us know..have a nice day..��� I guess I'm sol ..lol My fault for eating that crap frankenfood I guess

The last two times I was there one being yesterday took over a half hour until all was said and done. Seriously it's time to do something about it! It is completely out of hand! And there are no apologies for it. And yes having someone come out when at the drive through to take your order sometimes helps move things along! However it completely sucks not being able to see the menu and NO having someone read it to you is not the same!! It makes people uncomfortable and rushed! Please fix it or I will go to a different one. As I live between two just prefer yours!
