We ordered online and picked up the food 20 minutes later. The food was delicious and hot. This is our 2nd time eating at this Pizza Hut, and both times were great experiences.
Prices were a bit outrageous but my pizza was done quickly and service was fast. Also, one time I came in here right after putting my dog down because we didn't feel like making dinner and the staff were so kind when I walked in crying and explained my situation. They were so so sweet and comforting
My family and I drove 30 minutes due to all Pizza Hut being closed to find out that this one doesn't have dine in and it's walk in and curbside pick up just thought someone should update the website so we can save people time from driving far to running into this situation. Definitely my go-to place whenever I'm in Ephrata. I love coming here after spending some time at the retro arcade down the way. I've never had a with any of the staff, although I can't say that the service is the fastest I've ever had.

On the app ordered a pizza and wings. Got there 2-3 minutes after the time it said it would be ready. Lady got pizza out of warmer and said it will be alittle till the wings are ready. Waited at least 5 minutes and the pizza was hardly warm anymore till I got home... you can do better Pizza Hut!
