Cashier insisted I used the kiosk but then basically did it for me. Not a problem but seemed very strange. Got an apple pie, was fresh and hot. Wifi is really good here

We were the only car in the drive thru and they didn't even come close to finishing our VERY small order. Managers have no more common sense than the useless employees. THIRD time it's been over 20 min waiting for food.
They continually give you a small fry worth of fries in a large container. I showed the cashier window a video I took of how low it was the next time I went in, and she said, "Oh yeah, they do that up there all the time." Very rude employees standing at the drive thru window. Telling us we were rude to them while Alex BB would not even let us order without him interrupting us. Manager was standing there and she would not do anything. Will not be coming back to the ephrata McDonald's because of this.
Was horrible experience Alex BB was not having a good day. And was very rude attitude in front of me and my wife and grandkids. We will never go to Ephrata wa. Mc Donald again
