Review Waffle House - Erlanger

Found the Waffle House while desperately searching for a place to eat after 10pm near the Cincinnati/Kentucky airport. The food and service are amazing! Options are limited but what they make they make well. I highly recommend the Grits!

We came from out of town. Looking to have breakfast at 2:00am . The place had about 20 people and the wait was about 45min to an hour long. The guy in the kitchen was very slow on he was on his phone most of the time. He only had about 2-3 orders at a time. Another server looks like she was on something. She had all these face gesters and was acting weird. These employees looked miserable working here. Our main waiter was dictating to the cook and was just standing there instead of helping out with the orders. They need more proactive staff that is willing to work and not just stand there. It was very sad to see how none of the staff hardly had any communication between each other to get the job done. This restaurant has potential, but need better staff and better management skill. One last note Amber was the only hard worker.

Pretty ridiculous you don't take carryout orders bc youre "understaffed" but I can come in and order carryout. But half the time there's no more than 2 customers there. I think a lot of places changed their ways for covid and stayed that way for their own convenience. Half of waffle houses are still blocked off inside. I think it's time to move on past it

I give stars based on where I am going and what I am expecting...it's all relative. We all know Waffle House is not a 5 star restuarant. I go for the pecan waffle and hashbrowns and this location delivered. They were short staffed but they never missed a beat.

As usual, waffle house was the delicious, close the airplane, breakfast I needed. Everything was cooked perfectly, fast, friendly service, made it to the airport on time too.

To feed four people cost me $45 blew me away and that wasn't including the tip $9 for a breakfast bowl and 225 for a drink little bit pricey for the Waffle House

The only location that offered indoor dining while on a long drive home due to staffing issues common everywhere and we were blessed to find it. The two people working that night were pleasant, extremely good at their jobs and made a late night stop a joy. If I lived local I'd be a regular.

Hashbrowns were a little undercooked but as a whole the meal was good. Had just got off the plane so I was happy just getting a hot meal. The ham Texas toast and egg sandwich was filling.
