Review Frisch's Big Boy - Erlanger

First off you notice this place is bright, well maintained, and smelled fresh and clean. I was greeted fast and seated by Kayla who was also my waitress. Upbeat personality and quick with her laugh. She answered my questions about the menu and I settled on the Cod with mashed potatoes and gravy with side of cole slaw. Food arrived fast, hot, and as ordered. Good waitress that she was, she came back to check on my table often. Good stop here at this Frisch's, and if the rest of the staff is as nice as Kayla, I will make this a regular stop! Thanks folks!

Stopped at the drive thru and picked up the new slider combo. It’s 2 sliders with fries & drink. The sliders are very tasty with the carmelized onions, tartar sauce, lettuce & cheese. Drive thru is a little slow but what drive thru isn’t since covid.

I used the drive through to order food today June 4th around 130.. Excellent customer service. The guy working the window was so friendly and smiling. Food was excellent ... Thank you for your great service....

Straight trash.. when the melted cheese looks more like grits there’s a problem 🤢🤮 there should be a zero star ⭐️ option on here cause not even the 1 star is deserved.

I recently ordered at the drive-thru, i got home and realized my order was wrong. I called and they said i could come back to have the missing items. I drove back, got my items and they also gave me a free dessert. Thats the only reason i didnt give 5 stars but overall still a good restaurant.

I stopped by on my way home from the doctor to get something to eat I asked the cashier about the fish and she said frisches are known for their fish she was really nice so I ordered the fish just to try it out I don't really like fish but this fish sandwich was the best fish sandwich I ever had from a restruant and the people are so friendly

Simply wonderful late dinner. Service was adequate for our needs and food meeting the Big Boy reputation. Summer seafood special was good and grilled cheese sandwich tasteful as well. Simple yet effective. Recommended.

There was 1 server in the whole place.. we felt very sorry for her, as she tried her best but as far as the experience it was not very satisfying. Not her fault but that's how I feel

Service at Erlanger Ky. I just wanted to let Jason know that the service is not any better when he isn't there. The service is great when Jason is there.<br/>I was there with my wife and Daughter on Nov. 29th around 5 pm and we waited several minutes before we were seated, then it was between 10 and 15 minutes before anyone came to the table to wait on us. Finally Lori W came by and asked if anyone had been to our table, we said no so she said she was going to wait on us. I don't think it was her table, but she was real nice and we had good service then.
