This Pizza Hut does not provide good service. The routinely disregard additional information on the order and are always late with delivery. I have always given a 10-15 minute grace period for delivery service, due to traffic. This particular franchise is always 30-40 minutes late. Go with ano

Ordered at 3 for a 6 o clock delivery. Food arrived at 5 and was already cold and soggy. Seems as if they cooked it 3 and left it sit under heat lamp then delivered an hour early. Very disappointing

The pizza never came. We gave them about 40 minutes just in case they were busy and the estimated delivery time was off, and then spent over 30 minutes trying to call to ask about our order, but no one ever answered. Ended up having to call the customer service center to try to get a refund.
