Review Burger King # 22596 - Erlanger

Do not order from STEPHANIE at this location she’s obviously unable to take an order correctly or replace a prior order that was in correct, was extremely rude on the phone when I simply called to explain hung up on me before I could finish the issue and told me she would not be replacing my food that I pay for, I chose this location to pay her to complete my order as I asked as I was treated terribly. Please do better and remember without customers you do not have a job, I’m easy to please especially when you treat me as I treat you. And Stephanie we did ask for a Bacon king not a big king and you even wrapped it in the Bacon king wrapper.

I just ordered the 2 for $6 for the original chicken sandwich and I wanted to add pickle to both. Well this is what I got l. The first sandwich was on a whopper bun and it looks like mold? The second sandwich again on a whopper bun but looks better than the first

I have been a regular customer here now for a couple years and I have to say it used to be a huge disappointment every time I stopped. However, in the past couple months something has changed. They have a few new employees that seem to know what they are doing now. The service has improved tremendously and so has the food. There are two admirable employees that I have noticed particularly and to those two, if you ever see this or not keep up the wonderful work... You both know who you are and you're doing a great job. I hope they are paying you well for all that you do. YOU GO GUYS!!!!

That is a great place to go to I work there I’m a team leader there we make sure our food is hot and ready I would recommend family and friends to go there for sure we our very clean and on top out stuff give us a chance to show you that we can do our best

Made an online order on a Saturday night 6/27/20 at 10:59PM. The order was accepted and my card was charged. I arrived at the restaurant at 11:03PM and it was closed. The hours are listed as midnight online and posted on the store itself but no one was anywhere in or around the restaurant. Lights off, empty lot.

The food order was perfect. Staff was apologetic only because they were understaffed and it took a few minutes to get our order but well worth the wait!

This was the worse fast-food service ever. The young man taking orders was great. But it was an avalanche there after. You would think they were out cow-hunting, it took soo long to get my food. I was about to ask if they needed help processing orders. Finally got my food...cold of course.

Weirdest Burger King I've been to...drive thru, the guy asks what I'd like, I said just one moment, he responds back "what would you like?" Then I order 1 meal, ask for another meal with hot sauce, he says they don't have hot sauce. I asked does it come with sauce? He responds "yes but I don't know what kind it is". I ask " you don't know what kind of sauce it is?" He replies "I forgot but it is good".....then after my order is placed he says " just to let you know it's going to be about 5 minutes". I guess expecting me to cancel my order. There was no business other than mine at the time, no biggy but strange. Food was good tho and made right, but we never got any sauce
