Costumer services, they never greet you.. very slow services (extremely slow at making sandwiches). I see they were doing online orders, so I'm standing there for a good 20 minutes. They don't say anything. .. I never got my sandwhich.. They just ignored me. :(

Employees were very quiet and seemed unhappy to be there. Didn't get greeted when I walked in.. they were out of Avocado which made me super bummed because that's the best part of my sandwich.. he did offer guacamole instead which was ok.. but overall the place wasn't a very comfortable atmosphere.

Quality has been slowly declining sometimes they have what you want. Once again they discontinued my favorite sandwich. Just disappointed overall.
