Usually this location is pretty good. Last two times I get a burger it's raw inside. I would gladly wait longer for food I can actually eat. I was driving and didn't see it right away, everything else was cooked through on our order.
Went in and asked for cookies girl asked me to repeat how many I wanted seemed like she didn’t wanna make the amount I wanted so she said we don’t have any cookies . I don't know what's going on with this place but the fries 🍟 here are nothing but grease drenched or something. McDonald's was known for the fries. But now it's depressing. I came to McDonald's for lunch and I simply asked the worker for some different toys for my kids happy meal. The employee walked away and went inside. That is really unprofessional you don't walk out on a customer.
This location is mostly always decent but there are those times when the crew just don't get it right but it rarely happens lately and they always serve it up nice and fresh yumm good job McDonald's keep up the great work 🤙🏼💯👌🏼🔥!!
Slowest mcd's ever. Food was mediocre at best. Los Alamos mcds always has fresher food. Except they make you park if you order only a cheeseburger.. sad.
Customer service was a little poor. Employee at the window didn't even look at us or said thank you.
