We ate at the Grubsteak tonight and it was fantastic!! They even bourbon glazed my steak for me when it didn’t originally come like that! Also- I found one of my new, favorite wines here! Overstock was a great dry and somewhat sweet wine. Good selection of drinks overall. Very friendly staff and GRE
This restaurant is good. They have delicious meats to choose from; yak, buffalo, elk. We had the yak burgers and they were good. Unfortunately, our toddler wanted to ruin the outing by screaming for minutes on end...I apologize to our neighboring diners on behave of our son 😅
After a full day of hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park, this place was exactly what we needed! We got the scotch eggs with bison sausage, as well as bison ribeye and elk tenrdeloins. Ya know, from the street side, you'd have zero clue that they have a patio or outdoor seating.
