Noodles & Company - Eugene - Photo album

Frozen dinner tasting food, this is the worst chicken Alfredo I’ve had. Dry as a bone, the bulk stuff at Costco even tastes better. Pad Thai was also dry as a bone and basically a bowl of flavorless noodles, I asked for extra sauce which they charge for and it made it marginally better. Ate a few bi
Just the second time eating here. The first time I felt the food was a little on the bland side and more fast food than good food. This time however was much better don't know what the change was but the food had much better flavor. The portions are pretty good fill you up but not "roll me out the d
Definitely worth it to eat here. Had a slight issue with the meal but they instantly fixed it and apologized. Ate here a few times and the food is always good. Would recommend the Buffalo Chicken Mac if you like a little kick of spice in your food. 10/10 great atmosphere as well :)

I used to receive 5 star service from Noodles & Co, but it’s been a very long time since I have. Every time there is an issue with my order, they blame me & argue me over the phone, they talk over me, & are extremely combative. They are horrible at verbal customer service. I shouldn’t have to fight
