Your egg rolls are bomb best egg rolls I've ever had so I went and got two orders of them and then they give me honey mustard instead of sweet and sour sauce but other than that they were good
The lady who took my order was very nice. However I got home and found a freaking big in my taco. I’m so freaking hungry only to discover I probably shouldn’t eat the food. Really disappointing! The health department need to come and look at this location.
Every time I come to the jack in the box in this town I’m disappointed. Either they aren’t open. Late to being open. Or the service sucks. Today it was the two latter ones. And to top it off they don’t sell the breakfast sourdough patty melt anymore. What’s the deal?
The food is good. Service is not very good. Workers usually forget something whether it be drinks sauces or part of the order in general
Do not ever eat at the jack box on 6th in eugene oregon. They are incapable of handling food. They put the onion ends with the skin and roots on their sandwiches. Also, they don't know how to take the wax paper of the cheese slices. Lmfao!
Usually nice people, but last time I went at about 9:15 at night when.it said they close at 10 and they were already closed.
Went overboard with the sauce on my burger. But they had no problem letting me change my order at the window. Sorry and thank you.
All of the Jack in the box locations in Eugene are garbage. Probably the worst fast food chain in town. It's a pity because Jack in the box is a great franchise!
