bought a king cake at this place, got home and cut 3 pieces out of it, there was no filling in the cake. I returned the cake and showed the woman there that there was no filling in the cake. I was told the filling had been baked into the cake, the cake was cut in half and had no taste of the cream

I absolutely love this place one of if not the best place to stop for donuts. I have been going there since as long as I can remember. The donuts(and donut holes) are so good, my family has literally been going to them for as long as I can remember. Unlike a lot of places the donuts aren't cake donuts. They're light, sweet (but not overly so), and they just about melt in your mouth.

We got a couple of lemon pies. Gave one to my dad and kept the other. After eating lunch my wife gave me a piece. It was so good I just had to have another. My wife said one piece left but it's hers. Guess I will have to go again for more. Thank you it was delicious!!!
The Best Donuts and cakes around
For years this place kept their kitchen disgusting and filthy. Roaches and rats in the back area. Even baby roaches dropping in the doughnut glaze. It should have been shut down by the board of health. Hopefully they have new owners. If not good luck on not getting sick.
