I do not know the name of the young man (employee) that had to handle a loitering issue in the lobby today, but he did an excellent job handling it. I was very impressed in how he approached the individual's. Great Job!! 4/6/18 approx. 3:00 p.m.
Best McDonald's experience I have had in a very long time. We hit the drive, and both people we dealt with were polite professional and the food was as I remember McDonald's should be. Having visited every other McDonald's in the county and being disappointed by one of my favorite all time fast food places it was nice to have this drive thru experience
Service was amazing! This is probably thr best McDonald's I've gone to! Manager spoke fluent Spanish and was very helpful to customers. Super pleased with the service and the outdoor seating area was really nice!
When it's McDonald's I usually like something quick and easy. I get a couple of regular hamburgers and fries with a soda , (medium) size. And I'm good to go!! Thanks

I recently stopped by the McDonald’s in Eureka, CA, during late rush hour, and I must say, it was a satisfying visit. I indulged in my favorites—a delicious Filet-O-Fish sandwich, a generous serving of large French fries, and a delightful Oreo McFlurry.
The Filet-O-Fish was exactly what I was craving—a crispy fish fillet topped with tangy tartar sauce and nestled in a soft bun. The fries were perfectly golden and accompanied my meal flawlessly. And let’s not forget the Oreo McFlurry—a heavenly blend of creamy vanilla soft-serve and crunchy Oreo cookie pieces that provided a sweet ending to my meal.
What made my visit even more enjoyable was the presence of a staff member named Pino. He brought a smile to my face with his witty remarks and cheerful demeanor. His sense of humor added a touch of lightheartedness to the bustling atmosphere.

We tried to order through the drive-through but didn't hear them say to use the next order kiosk. After waiting a while, we did pull ahead, and they apologized for the inconvenience. We tried the new strawberry shortcake McFlurry, and it was a great choice.

I went for the first time in a decade. The Quarter Pounder with cheese and bacon was as good as any high class restaurant I've been to in years. I was trying to avoid fast food places, but now McDonald's is the only place I'll be eating at.
We went to drive thru and got a milk shake it was real good. Service was great and no problems

Workers come and go making experiences vary. Overall decent food for the price and I do recommend well-done fries no salt with a side of Mac Sauce!
