Jeannie's is a great family owned business that knows their customers. When you walk in the door and they already have your drink poured and waiting for you to find your seat and sit down....now that's great service. Their food is delicious and they have some wonderful staff tending to and waiting on your every need. Large groups? No problem, in their additional room added recently for their growing base of loyal customers. Jeannie's restaurant is a wonderful place to gather with friends.
Found out about this place on face book. One of only a few places open when IRMA was coming to town. Staff was friendly, food was served fast, hot, and really good. Even when they were running low on food and slammed with people they remained calm and professional.
One of our favorite breakfast stops at lunch too for that matter great people and great food at a great price!!
Glad I decided to stop in for a late breakfast. Great service, enjoyable laid back atmosphere, and the french toast and a side of bacon was exactly what I wanted.
I will be back, and hopefully they'll have ricotta pancakes.

Food is awesome fish is really really good what I am trying to say is I have never had a bad meal there so many yummy things to pick from. The service is great always makes you feel welcome. If you have not been there try it you will not regret it. But go hungry they give big portions!!!
I have been in all 50 states and this was the best restaurant and the food outstanding,will be back for sure.Great to have a place in Chickasha like this!

Food is awesome and the atmosphere is very old western themed, super cool to dine in. Everything that I have ordered from their menu is absolutely delicious.

Another yummy breakfast at Jeannie's. The service makes you feel like your mom works there. Great place for a morning meeting. The coffee keeps coming and you are welcome to stay.
Three full dining rooms and the food is hot and tasty as always, and to go orders going out too. Kudos!

Home town food can't get any better! LOVE the ricotta pancakes when they have them. The atmosphere is casual, relaxed and feels like eating with friends. The wait staff is AWESOME!!! My friends and I go so often they don't have to ask what we're drinking or what we're going to order! It's the kind of place you can sit back and talk a spell and feel "welcome".
Jeannies is our place to go. Love the staff. Food is great.

Food came to table looking better than an ad for television. Bright crisp lettuce, red tomatoes, fresh grated cheese. My chicken was outstanding. Everything was just perfect. My first time here but I will be back

The food was extremely amazing. Big portions of everything. Fairly good biscuits and gravy. Really good pork meat. French fries had a hair in it. Not the end of the world but it happens.
The server was a little rude to us. I don't know if she just assumed I wouldn't tip or because I was with a female. My female seem to think the server was rude because of her but I don't think girls are that cat like are they? Either way, I didn't have my water refilled and they didn't have a one sauce either. That's always a bummer when I'm getting a giant pork steak.
Hometown restaurant. Stopped by to get lunch and was pleasantly surprised.
Waitress was friendly and efficient. Mondays meal special was meatloaf, beef gravy, green beans and corn bread. Great meal and very reasonable. This is not a fancy place as far as decor but you won't leave disappointed.

French toast was great. My husband had the garbage omelet. He absolutely loved it. The place was very clean. The staff was great, except they never brought the final bill over, so we went up and paid. There was dinner plate sized pancakes on the menu. Lol. You get two pancakes with it . Prices reasonable.
Cute little restaurant for breakfast and lunch. Our delicious food was served quickly and hot. Great coffee, also very hot when served. They want to make you feel welcome and fill your belly with good food!
This is a “Hidden Gem”. First time here. The staff here are very sweet, and the food…. We loved it! Props to the cook(s)! We will be bringing back friends to eat here. The pancake was bigger than the plate it came on” the FLOATING pancake “ . Everything we ate was very good.
We have been going here for 4 years every time the staff and food is excellent. Good prices for 2023. other restaurants in town are. double the cost for 2 people to eat.
Was in town for business. Just picked a place based on reviews. Glad I picked this place. Great food and service was good. Maybe a touch slow but, not bad. I recommend, so far.
I was in downtown Eustis having some work done on my car and needed somewhere to grab breakfast while I waited. While there are plenty of restaurants for lunch and dinner, and Eustis didn’t seem to be any diners, but right before I gave up I found Jeannies place and I am very glad that I did. The staff is very funny. I had the corn beef hash omelette with hash browns that were nice and crispy. The next time I need breakfast in Eustis this is definitely where I will be coming.

Such a homey, everyone knows everyone place. I stumbled on to it just looking to kill some time and was so pleasantly surprised. Must be this town's best kept local secret. Wish I lived close enough to return often!
We've lived in Eustis for a little over a year, and I'm sorry I JUST found this place. Very friendly staff. Immediate seating. Food was quick. My wife and I both ordered omelettes and they were lighter on the egg and PACKED with ingredients. Our daughter got the pancake breakfast and was given 2 giant pancakes with 2 giant pieces of sausage as well.
Something that really stood out to us is that they're closed the next few days as the owners have invited the entire staff out to the beach for a retreat on their own dime. In a day where giant corporations reward your hard work with something like a stupid pizza party of old, stinky $7 pizzas, this company truly recognizes the staff's efforts and rewards them for it. There is no doubt my family and I will be back many times in the future.
Jeannie's Place is a Eustis, Florida favorite serving Breakfast and Lunch 7 days a week with daily specials. A local venue with good food at a reasonable price and great service.
I had the eggs with biscuits and gravy and my wife had a grilled cheese sandwich that we were both satisfied with taste, service and quantity. We will return!
So I had never heard of this place before, I googled breakfast near me and this was in the top 5 places that came up. I always like to support smaller restaurants rather than chains and I’m glad I chose this place. The Aesthetic of the place was be try nice and welcoming. They have multiple dinning areas within so you don’t feel crunched in. The food was really good and great prices! I got pancakes and didn’t expect two huge pancakes the size of the whole plate. The service was okay. I think it was more my server herself that wasn’t the greatest but I could hear other servers greeting customers and chatting at tables which felt welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place again to others and I’ll be back again for sure!
