I think this is the best custard place I've ever visited! There's no seating but just counters inside. There's small tables outside but in this heat you can't stay outside fro a long time. Frozen custard is very delicious. Very smooth and creamy. Beats the ice cream at a lot of places. I got the strawberry shortcake sundae and it was amazing. The strawberries were delicious. The shortcake is what made this amazing. It was baked to perfection and served warm drizzled in strawberry sauc
I was a bit sceptical at first, but this place is just awesome! I really liked the strawberry sundae. I actually returned two days later to try the raspberry sundae... Just delicious ;) ...and will most likely come back to try more! Definitely worth a visit!
A little on the pricey side but excellent selection of frozen custard and toppings. Quick and convenient to get to in downtown Evanston. Highly recommend the strawberry shortcake sundae.
Not sure why this place is famous. Custard is too sweet; you'd be better off going to a Jeni's. Maybe if you really like sugar this would be the place for you.
Love this place. The custard is definitely worth the line and price. This is a must if you are visiting Evanston.
On a side note, I hope they pay their employees enough cuz they work none stop so make sure you are kind to them.
