Beth's Little Bake Shop is my new favorite place in Evanston! I stopped by on their anniversary, and the staff was extremely warm and quick to offer me an anniversary cupcake (which was delicious, by the way). Since it was my first time at the shop, everyone recommended their favorite items to me - This included but was not limited to, the salted chocolate macaron, amaretto macaron, prosciutto and brie croissant, and the baked egg Danish. All of them tasted amazing!
Chef Beth is obviously skilled at pastry, and I'd recommend her shop to everyone in Evanston. She maintains a modern flair to her items, without sacrificing the traditional tastiness and comfort of a bake shop. If you haven't been here, you're missing out!
It's hard to decide what to get each time I visit, because everything is so incredibly delicious, including the coffee. This week I especially recommend chocolate orange scones. Yum.
I used Beth’s Little Bake Shop catering for a 40 person work event in the West Loop— mini tarts, eclairs, muffins, scones, croissants. They were all amazing! Everyone raved about how beautiful and delicious everything was. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful and I can’t wait to use them again! Highly recommended!!

I tried the chicken pesto pastry, the curried lentil egg thing, and pretzel with spicy mustard throughout the day today. All of them were delicious and the staff was very friendly!

They opened today at 5:45 am. Ham and Cheese croissants to die for, chocolate croissants sold out in an hour. Coffee great, service quick. Beautiful store.

We ordered our gender reveal cake here and it turned out gorgeous and very delicious!!! The manager Michael was very professional. I communicated my order with him through the phone and email and everything turned out much better than I even expected. Great customer service!!! Very delicious cake!! I absolutely love this place! They have the best custom cakes and coffee. They have so huge selection of pastries. They have cookies, cupcakes, macarons, etc. You have to literally make multiple trips or visits to try everything on their menu. All of their food is made by heart and it is European style. All of it was surprisingly good. The staff here is super friendly, nice, and attentive. They are so accommodating, they greeted me the time I enter the place, and even assist me as they take my orders. Very personable staff. This place is small but cute and full of quality pastry products. Everything I got from them has been really amazing. Their location is really nice, it is so easy to find, and very near to other well-known places around. If you need some desserts or custom cakes for parties, birthdays, and other events, this is the best place to go! Beth’s Little Bake Shop is waiting for you! You will absolutely love all the food they have on the menu. This place is so great! Perfect for those people who has sweet tooth and really love cakes and other pastries. Very special bakery! Went on a Saturday morning with my husband and son on our way to the park. We ordered a bunch of things because everything looked and smelled so good. The monkey danish with icing and egg and Canadian bacon danish were amazing.. Everybody behind the counter was so helpful. We will definitely be back!
I decided to check out Beth's this morning after reading numerous positive reviews. Beth's Little Bake Shop is very cute and has a wide variety of sweets and savories. The staff is very friendly as well. I was determined to only buy one item and selected the Bittersweet Chocolate and Orange scone. Scones are usually not my thing; I rarely order them. However, one of my favorite flavor combinations is bittersweet chocolate and orange. How could I not try it? VIOLA, the scone was absolutely perfect. I will definitely be back , thank you Beth's Little Bake Shop.

Every time I have one of their cakes at my events people always ask where I get the cake from! Nothing to me is more satisfying than people complementing on how delicious your cake is!

The croissants are my new addiction. The 3 cheese is absolutely amazing with a hot cup of coffee and the Ham and Cheese is just as yummy! I really love this place as it always puts a smile on my face for breakfast and is affordable. Great place!
I’m normally not the biggest fan of butter cream cake but I was surprisingly delighted by the cake here! I ordered their signature thin mint cake with some personalized message, and as a fan of mint chocolate flavors, I really enjoyed it until the last bite. And the cake was also visually pleasing, so I felt bad having to cut it into slices. Their other pastries also looked amazing and I would love to go back and try them out as well!
Big flavor in these little macarons! I love how good they taste but also how cute they look. Truly a feast for the eyes as well as mouth. Not pictured was the lemon blueberry muffin we destroyed before we got a photo. But it was everything you want with fresh blueberries and the right amount of lemon. Check out the cakes in the case if you go in, the decorator is truly an artist.
