Okay, I've heard about Hornet's Nest, and driven by numerous times. But in my 67 years have never eaten here. Friendly and courteous staff greeted us as soon as we came. We had loaded potato skins for an appetizer and they were very good. Covered with lots of melted cheese and bacon. We had ours wit
A Sunday tradition. The staff is like family. They know us and treat us right. They have since we first started going many years ago. The food is hot. The drinks are cold. My coffee cup is never empty.
The Honey Buffalo Chicken and biscuits were amazing. The hashbrown casserole was Devine. I've never had anything eating out that tastes so close to how we cook at home lots of pepper and garlic.
The staff was super nice and we never had to wait for refills.
We go there often for the Sunday Brunch. Great Bloody Marys, pitchers of Momosas, the Hot Brown breakfast is awesome. They had a special Easter menu with Salmon Eggs Benedict that my girlfriend got and raved about. Terrific atmosphere. Just all around great place

Just a great place to eat. Fun atmosphere if you sit in the bar. GREAT food and plent of beers to choose. Probably my favorite stop in Evansville
It's been rough but I think Hornets Nest is back on top! Had Amazing food and delightful staff. Had some pulled pork fries and a buffalo chicken sandwich. Left so stuff had to unbutton a notch. Absolutely best food I've had in a while!
They were very busy when we arrived, yet the service was great and attentive and the blackened chicken sandwich was wonderful. In my opinion, one of the best places to eat in the Evansville area. We have eaten there many times and always pleased!!!!!
