Always walked by it and it smelled amazing. Finally decide to try it out since I was out with a friend. Mine was doughy but cooked. My friend's pretzel was raw in the middle (see pic). I think in general they're rolled too thick so they just don't cook all the way through.
The cinnamon pretzel was very tough. It did not meet their usual standard.
Best soft pretzels I’ve ever had. They are absolutely delicious and I have had great experiences every time I’ve gone. The only warning I’ll give is they may become an addiction if you eat them once.
I went to get a milkshake and they made it with expired milk. 3 days past the expiration date. If you intend on running a business should not give your customers expired stuff. The person in charge told the worker to just go ahead and use it because we probably wouldn’t notice
Had no pretzels ready to sell. If I wanted to purchase it was going to be over 15 min for each pretzel. Customer service was horrible as well.
10/8/19 I went to the Evansville, IN location today to buy 4 pretzels (there were 4 in the case) I was told I couldn't have them because then that would empty the case so I would have to wait until the new ones came out of the oven. Their pretzels are okay, but they seemed a bit more doughy than other soft pretzel places. I don't really feel like their prices are worth it, but they are in a convenient location inside of Meijer. The other time we visited the pretzels tasted like they had been sitting for too long.
Waited for five minutes for the employee to stop what they were doing and ask for my order. Said it would be another 10 minutes to make the pretzel I wanted (original no salt). Didn’t wait any longer.
