We purchased a 16"x24" cookie cake for my daughter's birthday and the cookie was so thin it was crunchy. We have purchased cookies cakes many times before with no complaints. Extremely disappointed with what we got for the money we spent.

I purchased a cheesecake brownie from this establishment today and noticed there was a metal like residue on it. I had a young blonde girl take my order while two other employees one being a red head stood behind her and stared at me even with a line forming behind me.

Waiting at counter, 3 girls working yet only 1 young girl willing to wait on customers. 1 other girl comes up but not to wait on customers but to criticize the young girl working, maybe if Zoey would learn to help instead of criticizing the only 1 working......she could learn from her
