Always enjoy Rally's. Visited this one passing thru on a road trip. Good burger. Fries were a bit greasier than usual but tasty. Portions were sized right for the price. Reasonably quick service.

The girl operating the drive through window is probably the rudest service employee I’ve ever seen. She doesn’t say a word when taking payments or handing out food. there was an employee who threw our food at us in drive through, and grabbed the money out of our hands like she was greedy. the food was good but it was all sloppy and looked like it was barley put together. no napkins were provided.

My order is never right. I’m missing a sandwich, my chicken bite box was cold, and they’re skimpy on the loaded fries. I got maybe 9 fries. Avoid this place at all costs, it’s just wannabe hood teenagers with an attitude. Stop hiring teenagers. No 17 year old has work ethic.
