I ordered 2 Burgers just plain and just ketchup. I received two burger, both with barbecue sauce and onion rings. Didn’t even think that was on the menu. Very frustrating to try and get a meal from this place and it be right.

Came through the drive through this afternoon and I was not disappointed. I heard the lady helping me say that they were short staffed. Instantly I felt nervous about my food. But my experience was the complete opposite. Food was hot and fast.
Store seemed clean enough and modern on the outside. Staff were friendly and helpful.
They are extremely rude and hateful. Even after making sure my order was correct on the screen, and waiting in the front for my order they still forgot half of my food. Full of Disrespectful employees who need a new job without public interaction.
I waited 10 minutes for a bacon double cheeseburger ketchup only and large onion rings, and I went in instead of drive thru which obviously didn't matter because my onion rings was cold and when I got home I had a single bacon burger everything on it. Poor excuse when they was not that busy.
First was told they were unable to take two separate orders in the drive thru because they were “swamped.” Would not honor a 10% student discount that they had posted on the window for USI students- also because they were “too backed up.” And to top it all off our order was wrong. The two employees
Used the app to order ahead n got some deals that way. Food was very good. I went inside to get my food n next time I'll go back to drive thru. Always a smile in drive thru. Not so much inside. Still fine:)
