This location is always high quality. I order door dash. So good .. they usually gives good portions. Today the beans were chintzy but I get it. Times are tough w costs etc. I’ve noticed the beans at other places have been different or less than usual

Girl at door first tried to sit us at the bar but when we declined then tried to put us at the first table when you are walking in. This table was right on the aisle and right next to the wall separating the dining area from the bar. Not much of a table. Especially since there was nobody occupying the other tables in the middle of the dining area. My wife noticed there was a booth open and asked to be seated there. I couldn't believe the sound of exasperation we heard from the 'hostess'. 'All right, I guess.' were the exact words. Both me and my wife exchanged glances starting to regret our decision to go there. We asked the waitress about the incident but it was brushed over with little explanation. Other than that our waitress was nice, attentive and there was no complaint there. The food was very good and lots of it. The dining room is bare and pretty boring. You wouldn't know you were in a Mexican restaurant. All in all for a better southwest type experience try somewhere else first. Oh and La Palmera, the Pandemic is over. Loose the temporary menus and scary postings of doom regarding walking around without a mask. We are so over this!

My friend and I met for lunch. Service was lovely, attentive but not too much. Definitely had rum in our Daiquiri! Our Carna Asada was cooked to order. In short Great Food, Great Drinks, Great Service, which let us have a great time together! We love coming here. We will definitely be back!

Nothing against the restaurant (good food and great staff) but the neighborhood is not so safe. a guy on drugs trying to open doors on our car and tried to dry hump the car next to us and sniffing the car exhaust. Kinda urine smell in the parking lot. It's seen better days but hey, good food, can't complain.

My inlaws really enjoy this place. Dad always get the chili Colorado, and my husband and his sister always get fajitas. I always get the chicken enchiladas. It's decent food. The sangria was good too

Got Carne Asada to go, steak was great, salsa👍 guacamole👍, it used to come with a little salad, a green onion and a jalapeno, now you just get rice and beans. The young man that took my order was Extremely polite. However, it was early and they only had one other customer. It took about 25 minutes to get my order, they have glass windows so I can see the kitchen and I do believe that they intentionally made me wait because I wasn't spending money on Booze. How long does it take to cook a 3/16" steak when you got 3 guys standing together doing nothing? Don't blame me, blame Google for asking...

We loved the old spot but the new place is amazing! Family run business I have frequently visited since childhood and now take my children here. There is not better family Mexican restaurant experience.
