I had the Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen : Pork belly, bamboo, corn, bean sprouts, green onions, garlic crisps & egg. I added a little salt and chili powder to bump the broth flavor a bit (for my own taste preference, the base was delicious). Very tasty!

We ordered 2 tonkatze ramen, the taste of the soup is less tasty, or not strong enough as tonkatze ramen. Expecting stronger taste.
Shoyu Ramen was amazing! Pork belly perfect! Tuna nigiri very fresh and the q roll was a delight! I wish I would have taken pictures, but we will definitely be going back so I will add some soon!
