Yummy, Yummy! Always a great experience. They don't limit you on the all you can eat and the food is always fresh. If you don't mind dropping $100 a person for sushi there are other places. If you want a fresh, yummy meal this is the place. The staff has been there for years and they know their customers. They are always friendly but it can be busy at times.

Sushi 🍣 Ring, thank you for an amazing time with my family. Y’all kept the food coming, and everything was delicious. Definitely coming back with the rest of the family.

This place was very good. The all you can eat was amazing. Got to try some very good rolls. Service was on point at the counter and I didn't have to wait a long time to order my next set of sushi. I will defiantly make the visit again.

Food was great. Service not so much. Ordered gyoza and it came out pretty close to burnt my friend didn’t want it and the lady behind the counter began scolding her stating they didn’t like wasting food. I’ve never in my life have experienced this at a restaurant. Very disrespectful and disappointing for this to happen. One thing to be rude and dry but to then publicly scold someone cause your food was burnt is absolutely crazy. You’d say thank you no response. If you want to be yelled at publicly this is the place to be.

Pretty good, though when I was smoking a bowl my cat ate a section except the eel so don't buy the dragon roll for your cats I think 🤔

No better price out there, but all you can eat sushi for $36 is such a deal, I was able to eat four or five rolls and leave stuffed. Everything was extremely fresh and made right in front of me. It was delicious

Slightly odd but there is no way to beat the all you can eat sushi. Every sushi or nigiri we had was made amazingly and tasted wonderful. I had never sat at a sushi bar before so that was fun after getting used to it. I would definitely go again.

*not a traditional "buffet"*
One immediate pro to this place is that not everyone in your party must order the AYCE option. They can choose to order a la carte as long as you don't share with them.
I'm bouncing between 4 and 5 here but honestly, I'm not sure what all the other complaints about service are. Came in a group of 6, we each split rolls in pairs and had solid service. It's crazy that there are two main chefs preparing sushi for the customers as well as take-out orders and it is noticeable as there's downtime waiting for food, but it's understandable. As noted above, it's not a traditional buffet where you go and grab food as you wish. You're served as you get to order all you can eat from a menu.
You can get started with any appetizers and order them at any time. They're prepared in the kitchen so they'll be faster. However, they're lesser quality as you'd expect so wasn't really a focus of our visit. We didn't try any hand rolls as we focused on the long rolls the entire time, but do know that you can get the hand rolls as "long rolls" too, just the special rolls interested us more.
What was most interesting to me was the squid nigiri which is uncooked. I've never seen it offered anywhere and usually get cooked squid (i.e. calamari) so it was a very unique opportunity. For those who aren't willing to try - well there's an outer membrane that's hard like a vegetable and then it's slimy underneath. Not the best description, but it's something.
Main issues are that they lack seared salmon options, the price can be seen as a tad high, and the prep time can lead to long downtime.
Our chef, Marco I believe, was amazing and friendly the entire time. Ready our barrage of orders and he remembered 90% of them too. Pretty crazy to think of when you have 6 people requesting different items on top of the to-go orders he was preparing.
The time limit given is 1 hour and we got our checks after that had passed, but weren't rushed out. There wasn't a line or anything so that must've helped but I understand being rushed when there are others waiting. The interior is small and they want to serve others and the 1 hour limit is specified from the get go.

Double Crunch Roll - interesting take on the traditional double crunch roll, you're given more crunch flakes dusted on top of a roll with tempura shrimp and crab salad.
Special Roll - not sure if this rotates but inclined to believe so as there are no ingredients shown. What we got was a crunchy roll with crab salad, cream cheese, and avocado.
Cody Roll - lemon adds a unique twist as it's hidden under the salmon on top. Very evident in the taste but the mixture is surprising and helps reset your taste buds. I'd opt for this in the middle of a rotation rather than start with it.
S.O.B. - yummy roll, four kinds of fish with a creamy spicy mayo, nothing to complain about or note.
Pink Cadillac - tuna is more overwhelming in this roll but avocado is relevant too, wasn't a big hit.
Nobody's Home - one of my top picks, it takes a little longer because it needs to be baked but the result is a hot roll with delicious scallops on top. I'm not a big fan of cream cheese in sushi, but it was negligible with all the other amazing flavors.
Nick's Rock Belly - one of our least favorite options, there was a light sauce on top that deterred us. It's definitely edible and not that bad, but the sauce on top is some sort of watered down mango juice or other fruit juice that simply didn't pair well (at least to us).
Stacy & Joe Roll - one of our favorites, probably above Nobody's Home. A perfect creaminess with avocado on top of the roll and other ingredients placed inside. Would get multiple.
Three Stooges - did not order this explicitly but a pair in the party did and it was similar to barbecue chips. I suppose that's part of the smoked salmon, not a bad thing just something that stood out in first impressions.

delicious sushi all you can eat. we did not expect it to be that good judging from the place. but it was so good. my fave is the upside down shrimp.

The sushi is well presented, the staff is friendly, but I have one complaint: the salmon is farmed, even in the Alaska roll! Folks, you won't be served healthy, sustainably-harvested fish if you don't communicate that in the restaurants you go to. As we say in Alaska, "Friends don't let friends eat farmed fish."

The all you can eat sushi is well worth the price if you have a big appetite. Very tasty. I live in Seattle and I would drive to Everett if I was eating with at least three people. During my experience the sushi was made fast, and it was fresh.

Orgasmic!. Best Sushi Hands down!! <br/>I've been hearing about this place for years from my best friend, finally strolled in yesterday.<br/>I'm still raving about the sushi today.. Can't wait to go back!!

Worst service I have EVER had!!!! The woman cook even came out to try and make us take something we didn't order and yelled at our whole table and stormed off. My friend ordered all u can eat and was made to feel he couldnt pick what he wanted. They got our order wrong and instead of giving us what we wanted they would only give us 3 orders of tempura shrimp for 4 people and was very rude about it. Woman cook came out a second time to give our table dirty looks for 10-15 min. We left no tip but should have walked out.

Rude waitress - food is ok. I have only one thing to say - VERY rude!! <br/>Food is ok tho.

Sooo delish! My girlfriends and I have to keep coming up with reasons to celebrate so we can have all you can eat sushi for lunch. The chefs are speedy and the selection vast. Try salmon with lemon and a salmon skin roll. We may need to go there next week to celebrate the beginning of march or something...

MMMMM Good love that sushi!!. I miss eating at the sushi ring. Used to go there once a week for all you can eat. Never left hungry thats for sure. Elvis was always great , we sat at the bar just to be served by him. His special rolls were good and the sushi very fresh. I am goig to have to take a loooong road trip to eat there again. Oh and that hat he wears got it from my wife. Traded for a rainbow roll.

Best Sushi Around!. I first came to hear of Sushi ring by word of mouth and came in for the all you can eat. This is not one of those generic belt sushi places (nothing against them) this is the kind of place you go to when you want real sushi prepared fresh for you by a real sushi chef (and yes you will have to pay for this) I believe the all you can eat is around $30 per person but well worth the money for the quality and amount you get. Elvis (the owner and head chef) is awesome, even though I had never been there before he treated us like long time customers and friends. All of the staff is very nice and the sushi is amazing. I read one other review that complained that they were rude and have to say if they were rude to you you probably deserved it. I have been here many times and have NEVER seen anyone treated any way except like a long time friend. This person also said that it seemed like they didn't want to serve him too much food, all I can say to that is that every time I have gone in I have had to stop myself because Elvis has insisted on keeping the rolls coming. I definitley reccomend this place for anyone who really loves real sushi.

Good Food. The food was great. It was prepared on some decorated plate that were quite lovely, but the service left something to be desired. The waitress appear particular, and was not very helpful when selecting a seat arrangement or sushi, but the atmosphere still appear friendly. Hopefully, my next trip will have a kinder greeting.

The Best. The best sushi I have every had hands down! Elvis is awesome!

Sushi Ring is the best sushi place around, my boyfriend and I try to go at least once a week. Elvis is the nicest guy and he is a great sushi artist (they all are though). I would recomend the Whidbey Island Roll, it is AMAZING :)

If you enjoy sushi, like eating a lot of it, and are understanding that, yes, this is a business, this is the place for you. If you're one of those who order water, stay for hours, and think that you should be able to feed your entire family for the price of one All You Can Eat meal, no, you'll probably not enjoy your visit.
Rhinoman
Bad Service. These guys have the worst service I have experienced in a Sushi Bar. Total attitude, as in BAD. If you go there they have all you can eat, but actually get an attitude if you eat. I'm a big guy and my friends are big guys and you can tell they don't like it when we come in. Well if you don't like it, tough. Raise the prices or don't advertise all you can eat and then whine when people do.
Uncle Gone
Best Sushi & friends. You are treated like family not customers, maybe even better that both here. Tell Elvis, " PAPA sent you"<br/>Where can you eat til you pop for $30 and they want you to be full when you leave......

Hidden gem on Silver Lake. Reminds me of a small restaurant I ate at in Yokohama, the chefs greet you as you enter and if Elvis is there, you are in for a treat. I had the pleasure of allowing him to make me whatever he wanted for the all you can eat special. My companion and I were not disappointed at all. His work on rolls were done with speed and artistry. The sake was served cold and the tea hot, what more can you ask for with the good sushi. The other chefs were good, but if Elvis' area is clear, make sure to sit there and let him weave his magic for you.
Christine
Sushi Ring. This place is not family friendly.. yeah it's all you can eat,but when you order your next roll you have the feeling that it's not welcome. they cahrged my 2 year old daughter $12.00 for trying one pc. of calamare. i was not even told of the charge until i got the bill.. very sneaky with sales and selective with customers.. the servers won't even let you know you get a free ice cream or fruit with the buffet..

Best sushi so far

Best Sushi in Seattle Hands Down. I love the all you can eat sushi policy, but there's another great reason to go to Sushi Ring. It has the best tasting sushi in Seattle. Plus your chef is friggin' Elvis. ELVIS! Faves: anything on the menu that has to do with the King: the Elvis Roll, the Priscilla Roll, and the Lisa Marie Roll.

What? Sushi from a real Japanese?. This place is the best kept secret in Everett. They serve raw, cooked and fried rolls, hand rolls. Do the all-you-can eat, which I always do, so I can't comment on a single item. Don't waste because he will right charge you.
