We just happened to stumble on this place yesterday. When I get in the door, I was a little thrown off by the TV's that are showing the Harlem Globetrotters thinking it's a sports bar. After awhile, I looked at the sushi bar and the decor and I got over it. May is our server and she's a bunch of happiness to talk to. Told it's our first time and she made sure everything goes well. Food was delicious. I love the BBQ squid legs, sushi's, sushimi rolls, lemon grass shrimp, and Pork Ramen in classic broth and Japanese fried chicken for my 8 year old. Everything we ate were great. Any typical Japanese Restaurant will get you not wanting to see the bill but I didn't care since it's all good food. I highly recommend the place if you want quality grade sushi not "belt" sushis.
I have been here a few times now.. The food is not only delicious, the presentation is amazing! The staff are professional and accommodate at every level, including making a not so child like atmosphere fun for the little ones.
I definitely recommend Ho Sushi Bistro!!

The sushi here is really very good, and the staff was extremely accommodating for our anniversary dinner. Though not the closest sushi place to us, it is by far the best, and we will be back often.
Most impressive! The food here sets apart from the rest of the world, perfection is what the eye will encounter here..The taste beyond and far from another world..My experience was prefect, I don't think there is any other restaurant in the entire Puget Sound that compares to this one! Beautiful place place to dine, very clean and most impressive!..A place like no other!..
Super deliciousness! We had the soy based broth for the vegetable ramen that was amazing. We also had the steak and lobster hibachi! Everything on my plate was mouth watering goodness! I even ate my vegetables!!!
Can't go wrong with anything on their beautifully laid out menu. Pictures are true to what you get, and everything is so perfectly done, it's all just delish!! Pink lady roll and Third Ave roll are amazing.
Always treated like family at Ho sushi, we always get greeted by Andy at the door. I could never complain about the service or quality of the food! Its just too good! Delivery is fast and packaged properly! We Love this place!
Amazing menu with many unique items as well as the typical items... We had an appetizer called dinausarious egg... Deep fried avocado sushi... It was delicious... The bento box was plenty and great! Will be back to try more... Service was great as well...
Update: consistently amazing! My go to is the Seared tuna salad and the rolls listed below. I have upgraded to eating there 2x a week.... Not kidding. 1/18
Best sushi I have ever had and I eat it often! In new to the area and I am addicted forever! I ordered spicy and regular tuna roll, California roll and an all seafood salad that they recommended which was mind blowing! Seriously customer for LIFE! I had to call them and say #welldone <3
We've been here 4 times now and every visit has been amazing! The staff are all friendly and attentive and the food is high quality and wonderful! They have a huge selection of rolls, and many other items like romen, teriyaki, and other dishes but we keep coming back for the sushi!

This was my first time having ramen that didn't come from a package. I didnt know what to expect from it, and was apprehensive. I absolutely loved it and will be frequenting this restraunt, also had sake for the first time which was also very good. My wife order 2 sushi rolls which came out beautiful, and tasted divine compared to the belt sushi that we usually go to. Price was comparable to other restraunts that we frequent and the restraint was very clean with a very attentive staff. Cant wait to dine here again!

Such a great and fun experience! Amazing customer service and hospitality. At most sushi restaurants, when you take the time to understand and learn their culture and have proper etiquette, you can feel how greatly they appreciate it. Definitely recommend!

Sushi rolls were good, but almost every single one had a filling of crab salad and tempura shrimp. I just wish there was more variety in the fillings. But good service and the rolls did taste good.
Service is wonderful, atmosphere is good and clean, my husband really liked what he got (more sauce based/chef special sushi rolls) but I wasn’t overly impressed. The gluten free options were a lot more narrowed down and involved taking out sauces and ingredients that seem vital to the roll. The end results seemed very plain in my opinion. It would be fun to have a few gluten free options that were still chef specials with sauces and fancier than the basic/standard rolls.
2nd best sushi in Snohomish county. My only complaint is they were apparently not answering there phone because I called multiple times for a take out order . I ended up just going there and placing a order. I heard the phone ringing the entire time I was there but no one picked up lol. Absolutely delicious sushi though! Service for dining in is great and the staff is nice.
