My husband and I eat gluten-free so it is a real treat to be able to have fried chicken. There is a long wait, so be prepared. The chicken wasn’t seasoned but you can add salt and pepper and the gluten-free coating is great! We went on Mother’s Day and they gave me a rose which is still bringing me joy every day 2 weeks later (see photo). It was such a thoughtful gesture. I’d like to thank the manager or whoever came up with this idea.

I grew up in North Carolina around some of the best fried chicken in the entire country. This food is an absolute 100% disgrace. The chicken is crispy but dry and unseasoned. It literally tastes like chicken and flour. The sides also lack any flavor (even SALT). The only redeeming quality were the rolls. It gives me great disappointment to think that this is apparently Oprah's favorite fried chicken.

OH MY Goodness! I am one happy girl. I ordered gluten free chicken strips and they were delicious in so many ways. The chicken was moist and tender, the coating was crunchy but still managed to be tender and fluffy. Miraculous! Deep fried gluten free anything is always a treat, but to have it taste good and have a great mouth feel is a rare combination. Thank you for providing this delicious option.

Being a person with a wheat allergy, I came to Heaven Sent Fried Chicken for it's gluten free options and was not disappointed! Not only does the food taste amazing, but they have an entire gluten free menu (you can even get spicy batter!). It's the first restaurant where I didn't feel limited on what I could order: I will definitely be returning.

The chicken made me extremely sick years ago when they first opened and I never went back and I won't ever go again. It also made the two people with me sick. None of us ever returned or will. However, my boyfriend went there for the first time because he wanted gizzards, catfish, rolls fries and tartar sauce. He said it was good..not great but good. He said for the portion size, it was a fair price.

This was my first time going here, my boyfriend said the place used to be really good, but sadly it just wasn’t that great. I’ve had better chicken from kfc honestly. It seems like it was cooked hours ago because it was pretty dry and crunchy (not in a good way)…the guy at the counter seemed really not happy to be there, plus he mixed up our orders so we ended up with the wrong cuts of chicken and couldn’t trade back bc I didn’t get spicy. The fries weren’t salty at all and the mashed potatoes was just a pool of gravy. Think I’ll just go back to ezells sadly

They make you pay for a bag with your togo order. The cashier is also the packer and she didn’t wear gloves. Waited 35mins to place my order with only one person ahead of me. Waited 50mins to receive my food and that’s not including the 35mins that I had to wait to order it. The chicken was old and not seasoned. This is the second bad experience that I had here. The owner ended up having to take my order and he asked to see my id to match my card. He gave me a hard time because he didn’t think my face matched my id. Let me remind you all he had to do was ask me to lower my mask or pay in cash. He did not ask the customer behind me for his id with his card. I am a vet and I feel very disrespected from this establishment.

Food was fine, but $22 for a pound of chicken(9 pieces)? And when I called because all the menu said was a large (thinking that the other place that has the same recipe so maybe the same size) the teenager who answered the phone was rude and told me the price is that was because they are better and hung up on me. I normally don’t come here because of what they stand for but I didn’t feel like driving to the place I like better. Well I learned my lesson. So food was fine, bad prices, bad customer service. I work in the food industry too, I don’t treat my guests like that.
