I used to give Outback 5 stars. I have recently had to change it to 1 star. Don't get me wrong the food is good but I ordered a "party 30oz" sirloin cut pack. Weighed it and it was less than 1lb. I ordered an add-on of asparagus for $6.99, I got a total of 4 and burnt. I added 2 potato sides at around $11 and could fit both of the potato's on one hand. To top it off added 4 Heinz 57 at a total of $2 and got all 4 as seen below. A total rip off and the customer service was by far terrible. They did not see me or acknowledge for over 10min. I payed roughly $80 for this meal to feed 3 people and it could barely feed 2. I will not be going here again.

I have to say, out visit didn't go perfect BUT the level of customer service when it didn't got them 5 stars. The food was delicious, our server was busy but still took great care of us and the manager came to us to make sure we knew he cared. Definitely going back!

Best experience at an outback that I have had at an Outback location. My boyfriends steak was cooked perfectly and had desirable grill marks and sear on the outside. His side of Mac was also great. I had the steak and shrimp pasta and it was great and full of flavor. The staff was attentive and checked on us frequently and refilled a coke every time it got empty.

Sad fricken looking meal and thanks for mixing the cheese, chives, and sour cream. I do not like sour cream so that was a waste. Oh and a microwaved potatoes to hard to eat. Just stop cooking meals already. Why is my potato absolutely covered in salt?

Do welcomed a visit to this Everett Mall way location of Outback. We have not been here since the remodeling. Its very spacious inside and felt welcomed from the moment we stepped in. The menu seemed smaller, but everything we ordered was cooked very well and seasoned well. We ordered blooming onions for the first time. Loved it, it was a bit of a heavy appetizers, but was good. Also had the 2 pork chops and sirloin steak both with a side salad and baked potato with everything on it. We had plenty of leftovers. I enjoyed my dinner and so did my partner that came along with me today. Their bar area was also very nice and roomy, from where I sat. I am glad even with the remodeling, they still have that wonderful welcoming charm, that makes you want to comes again.

The foods looks good, however, not so good for eating. My ribs were way over cooked and dry. Wife's steak and shrimp pasta was good tasting but again, her steaks was overcooked to grey. She ordered medium. There was zero tint of pink in her meats, grey and chewy. Service was excellent.

Pretty weird experience.
Came at ~4:15pm on a Saturday. Looks like prime rib has been dropped from the menu. We weren't offered bread, not sure if they stopped doing that due to the pandemic, although a review as recent as last month shows bread. However, we were asked if we needed garnishes for our drinks? Aren't we paying for that as part of the experience?
"Grilled shrimp on the barbie" appetizer was six cold grilled shrimp on a piece of bread for $15. No silverware provided with the appetizer, had to ask for them, then we got more silverware with our entree?
My baked sweet potato was a regular potato. Steak itself was pretty good. Steamed broccoli was the best we've ever had at an Outback.
Took home a cheesecake with chocolate sauce for dessert, out favorite dessert from Outback. Was good and exactly as expected, so good to see they haven't completely destroyed everything about the experience.

After a weekend of craving steak, we stumbled across this hidden gem on our way to Seattle. When we walked in, we were instantly transported to outback Australia, with the authentic Australian decor and iconic Australian menu items such as the Chocolate Thunder From Down Under - an extra generous brownie topped with rich vanilla ice cream, warm chocolate shavings and whipped cream. As our bodies were craving slabs of dead cow, we quickly ordered - three rib eyes (medium, medium, medium rare) and three sirloins (medium, medium, well done). After a reasonable wait, our waiter served us what we ordered with the pinpoint accuracy of Shaquille O'Neil's free throws. Our plates were completely mixed up and no one got the right cut, my plate consisted or a near-blue where-the-fuck-from-the-cow-did-that-come-from-it's-definitely-not-ribeye. Undeterred and determined to prove my place at the top of the food chain, I devoured it anyways with no complaints. In fact, our whole table was happy despite not getting exactly what we ordered - kind of like when you scroll through a porn site and accidentally click the video below the one you wanted to watch but you finish like a champ anyways. We considered ordering the Chocolate Thunder From Down Under but feared that we would receive something completely different to what we ordered, fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me, right? Happy and full, we left. However, as the sun rose, things quickly went south. I felt a unpleasant rumble in my stomach and before I knew it, I was sweating on the toilet and uncontrollably shitting with the fury of a thousand Greek gods. In fact, five of the six of us felt the full blown wrath of our upset bowels. Ironically, we didn't order the Chocolate Thunder From Down Under but ended up with chocolate thunder from down under anyways. Well played, Outback Steakhouse.
In fairness, the menu did state that one may feel ill from consuming uncooked food. The steaks were delicious but minus one star for the uncontrollable shitting.

My steak was bland and my boyfriends burger was bland. I paid the $2 extra for the garlic butter and if I didn’t have that my food would have had no taste. Spent almost $70 on food and in the end was very disappointed. Worst $70 I’ve ever spent.

Second time in my life ever going to outback. The first time wasn't a wow so I just never felt like going back. Years later I finally give it another shot and it was actually awesome. The service was great and super friendly, never pushy, and the food was YUM. Just for constructive criticism, the blooming onion was super salty! Everything else was delicious, thanks for a good evening.

I love me some Outback but have run into something that made me sad. I have only found 1 location that had their "rasberry butter". This location also did not have it, I was a bit sad until they offered to make some for me!!!!! Like WHAT???!! I have been to 11 different Outback locations from Washington State to Atlanta and no one has done that and it was over and above. My server Ashley was on point the entire meal and it was an awesome steak as well. I might come back this week while I'm in town just to have more Rasberry Butter!!

We have been here many, many times and this is terrible! Food still good but Service is beyond terrible. 20 minutes to get service (in the bar), then they brought my drink but couldn't remember what husband ordered. 10 minuets he got his beer. 50 minutes later asked if he wanted another beer! No bread came with salad, we had to ask! Baked potato was cold, steak was good. Service sucked! Some manager needs to get the boot, and employees need retraining on customer service. We arrived at 4:30 pm 12/31. P.S. My husband is sales and I am retail!

3 of the 4 people were satisfied with the meal served. My wife had salad (good) with a steak. The steak tasted like it had lighter fluid on it. Terrible. They replaced the steak but even it had a not so good taste. My daughter in law had same meal hers was good. Service was very good.

For a steakhouse, the steak is beyond bad. Had to send it back twice. Never did eat it. First one was as tough as shoe leather and the second one was completely raw inside. Gave up after that.

My party of 6 and I didn't get to eat anything or even get our drinks we ordered right away, after sitting for 30 minutes waiting for our blooming onion appetizer and drinks from the bar we had to get up and just walk out. When its a Friday evening and your group is trying to have dinner before going to an event, you just don't have 30 extra minutes to wait for drinks or an appetizer and not even have a dinner order placed. Also, while ordering a drink one person was cut off by the server and told that the bartender would not muddle anything at the time because it was "too busy" but all the tables around were closing out and the bar had 3 people working behind it, so that is no excuse. 5/7 people in our party work in the service industry and know exactly how long things should take. This was all unacceptable but we continued to be patient and wait without complaining. Our server did bring waters but only 4, for a table with 7 people...Oh, and one small loaf of bread which gave us each one bite. She never came back to tell us why our drink order was taking over 30min or ask if we wanted to place our dinner order since normally by that time you'd already have it in. As we all got up to leave since nobody would acknowledge us as they walked by, one person from our group stayed back to talk to a manager which took forever to find one and was then just told "sorry". Terrible first experience here, we will never be back. Maybe would have given it a second chance another time if the manager had made an effort to make it right for our group and offer some sort of retribution but they just didn't care and it showed. Horrible customer service.

While heading down south to do some overnight Xmas shopping, we revisited Outback as it’s one of our favourite steak houses. It’s too bad we don’t have this place in Canada.

Been a fan of Outback for a long time, but I have to say this location is going downhill. The hostess and waitress were far from friendly or attentive. I ordered the Filet (cooked medium) and lobster tail. The filet came out just seared and very rare in the center with a large strip of fat running through the center of the filet making it unedible aside from a few dry bites on the outer edges. The Sauce on my wife's Mahi was as dry and crusted as the fish itself. The food seemed like it sat around for quite awhile before being served, it was just barely warm not hot, and no seasoning whatsoever on anything. Not what I had in mind for a $75 + meal. I know it was a busy night but come on, with food like that it won't be busy for much longer, I have seriously had a better steak at Denny's. Definitely will not be going back.
