Excellent service through and through! It's been a while that I've been to any Starbucks site. So it surely was a joy to come here. After having a terrible night shift.
Nick was completely rude and had a attitude while taking my order on 02/01/22. I was very shocked as most Starbucks the employees were super nice. My cup wasn't filled all the way either and this has not been the first time either. You can see the other reviews and it's the same experience.
I just went through the drive through. They had my order right on the order board but when I got up to pay our drinks they were wrong. Here in this establishment we needed to use the restroom and were shocked and appalled that the way this franchise is up kept. Will not drink here again
I like Starbucks as they make my coffee as ordered. If something is not right the staff fixes it. The cookie in the photo was free using my star rewards.
Starbucks is usually always good. This one usually makes it how I like and is consistent which isn't always case
