Items were left out of my order, multiple times. I finally sought revision for the error just to experience an extremely rude supervisor (pictured) and an unprofessional manager by the name of Victor Lopez. I consider myself an extremely tolerant person. This experience has pushed me to report this
The night shift girl Amanda is awesome, super sweet, gets our orders right and she always has a smile especially for having to deal with everything she goes through. Any other time I come here they don’t understand me, I have to repeat my self multiple times. I feel that this place is a bit a racist
I want to say that if I made this review about a month ago it would have been a ONE star because of the management that was there. They have changed management and did give me my milkshake that I ordered this time unlike a month ago. Although I got my entire order this time my current issue is about
I went through the drive thru today at 11:42am my order was short the 4 tacos I had ordered but yet I was charged for them. I tried calling multiple times yet it just rang and rang and rang until it hung up what good is having a phone number if no one is ever going to answer it?.
The night time weekend girl is awesome, food comes out hot and correct... I gave the store a 4 star because any other time I come I either can understand the person taking my order or something is incorrect.
They always mess up my order and sometimes rude. The homeless is always around too.
I feel for the homeless but when they're walking up to your car and staring makes you feel uneasy.
