My family and I ate here tonight and the service was uninviting. First there was a 30minute wait, when we got the text to go in to get a table we were told to stand along the wall as other customers were being seated. That was another 5/10 minute wait. When we were finally seated it took a good 20 /25 minutes before a waiter came over. We were provided rolls but no plates until the last minute. It took forever to get our drinks and our waiter barely checked in with us. He provided my daughter with a drink no straw. Waited just about an hour for our meal. With the long wait and the place feeling like your sitting in an igloo we decided to have our food boxed up and go. To come home my steak Hard and dry. Hair in my daughters mashed potatoes. VERY VERY POOOR SERVICE not to mention the boneless buffalo wings were just cluster chicken and one of the waiters walking through the floor burping loudly without saying excuse me while patrons are eating… UNACCEPTABLE was not worth the $116

Got food poisoning from here last night! Not even going to mention the long pick up process. I ordered a bowl of chili and it came it two separate containers w two different cheese containers. I added the cheese in one and put the other one aside. Couple hours later In the night I’m feeling weak going to the bathroom & throwing up. I’ve only had a sandwich hours before this so I know for sure it isn’t that. Im adding a photo of the cheese container, this is how cheese looks when it’s been sitting out in room temp for a long time.

Taste just like any other Texas Roadhouse. Come get your ribs, steak, chicken critters, fried pickles, margaritas and peanuts. Don't expect too much if you never been here before, definitely worth trying.

Amazing service. Amazing food. Great prices for big portions and free refills. Everything tasted fresh. We got lots of attention from our waiter and senior manager who, upon learning it was our first time at the establishment, offered us a sampler of some of their sides. Highly recommended!

I wish there were 0 stars. That is how bad the service was at the Everett, MA location. Waiter (Aihma, I think) took over 40 minutes to get our drinks, another hour to get our dinner. Order was all messed up. Asked for well done and this is what we got. If this is well done , I would hate to see what medium is like.
Staff utterly rude and blaming the kitchen and bar for the wait and messed up order. Never again, I would stay far far away from this place.

Bad food quality. Bread was cold. Mushroom is totally overcooked and salty. The prime rib has at least 1/3 fat, medium cook looks well done like a pork chop. The manager said it is totally regular and has no willing to solve the problems at all, I been visiting so many times this restaurant at Florida, nothings was this bad, they don’t even want to provide some napkins.

This is supposedly a medium rare ribeye and loaded potato skins, lol. Don’t eat here. It was inedible.
Also, the location’s phone number doesn’t even work to contact them. Got a busy signal trying to call about the issue. I ordered online for pick up from their website. Had I used Uber I at least would have been able to get a refund.
EDIT NOV 16: Before the Owner replied I had already reached out via Texas Roadhouse's online form submission. I have not heard back at all. Still waiting for a refund!

Was there for my daughters 8th bday party on Sunday party of 11..our server was great we had 2..the bread and butter top notch as always margaritas great! My only con was the food, some of use thought our fries was too salty and some of our food wasn't even warm I had a 16oz steak with the shrimp and my brother had the 24oz steak with the shrimp and the shrimp was cold while the steaks were warm.I think the food should be served as it comes out and not be sitting waiting for other food to come out because food looses their temperature waiting there.. Would I come back? Yes but with prob half the party in hopes all of our foods would be hot

Was very excited to go to Texas roadhouse last night as I have not been there in years. I must say I was really looking forward to a wonderful dinner and the food was awful. My boyfriend wanted prime rib and they were out so he had to choose something else off the menu. I went with the 10 ounce ribeye and it was very thin. The sweet potato was overly loaded with brown sugar and a ton of butter. The appetizers weren’t that good either. The best thing out of the entire meal was the hurricane margarita. My boyfriend got the 6 ounce filet mignon with the ribs. The ribs were so dry and the filet was probably as thick as my ribeye should have been and not very hot. They put us in the back room and the music was blaring and it was freezing, however the one positive I can take away from this experience was the waitress nicole. It was very nice and very accommodating. It is unfortunate for me to say that I will never eat at the Texas roadhouse again.

I've never had a bad experience.... And being my favorite restaurant, anytime I'm asked where I want to go for food Roadhouse is my go to. I the only place I'll pay $20+ for a Dallas Filet (Filet mignon) smothered in onions. You can cut it with a butter knife as opposed to a streak knife... And it even melts in your mouth just like butter!! Left there in close to a food coma, as I usually do after eating there...lol

Poor, poor service. Went for my son's graduation and called ahead for seating. We agreed to sit separate but saw that there were 2 tables together available and asked if we could utilize the 2 tables instead. The waiter asked and said we could. TWO minutes later the manager (May), came and did not introduce herself or anything, just began tell me that I agreed to sit separate and told us we could not sit there. I was shocked at her approach and would have never sat there if they hadn't allowed it. We waited to be reseated and it didn't get better. The waitress got our orders wrong and blamed the cooks. Forgot drinks. Prolonged the orders. Would forget little things and last but not least I found a hair in my food. We were given coupons for free appitezer and my meal was deducted from the receipt. Our joyous day was ruined by deciding to eat here.

I'm here at Texas Roadhouse with my family and I'm very disappointed ! Our waitress was horrible ! our drink was warm, our food took forever I called the manager she looked at me like I was nothing And I saw her laughing with the waitress! I've been coming here for years and I've never been treated this way!! Don't know if I'm coming back ever!!

The service was stellar. The food was good! It was served quickly. The manager checked in to make sure everything was good. Every steak was cooked how we ordered and the rolls as always are yummy!! Just don’t order a cosmo they are terrible (used peach schnapps??)

Yesterday was my Dad’s birthday and also my first time going I’ve heard both but good thing and the service was horrible when we first got there we told the waitress it’s my Dad’S Birthday and when he orders dessert can I sing Happy Birthday and nothing he ordered the dessert came out and we told her they forgot to sing happy Birthday and she said she new that she would sing it later and nothing mind u she also kept messing up our orders for my first time it sucked the only good thing was the bread that was it

This is my second and probably that last time coming to this Restaurant. I like the food but what I do not like is that you have to wait a long time to get seated. we waited more than an hour to get seated and when I ordered my food it was another long wait. I go out on weekends to relax not to stress out.
If you’re going to this restaurant make sure you are a very patient person and don’t mind the wait.

It was my friend and I first time coming here. The staff was helpful and friendly. Our waitress pebbles was excellent. My only problem is that I am currently using crutches as well as other customers that was there. and the whole floor felt awful slippery. I was so bad that I when in and didn't get back up to use not even d restroom until I was ready to leave. I was literally scared to walk as I didn't want to fall. Not sure if that's how it always is or just d fact of my current situation. Everything else was perfect. Drinks, music, food and all. We will be back soon.
