Went there with a child, A CHILD, and nobody bothered asking what the kid wanted. I told the cashier the kid wanted a 6 inch turkey and cheese. Nice staff and good sandwiches when you need a quick lunch. Good use of seasonal coupons to get a couple of bucks off each sandwich. Conveniently located on my weekend route.

It's ok when you go in. However I tried to order online and I wasn't sure it went through so I called to verify and I feel like the woman that answered hung up on me rather abruptly. Decided to go somewhere else instead. At least for today.

I ordered a sub on door dash, and they gave it to the wrong person, NOT my dasher. Then they said I had to pay again for them to make a NEW sub for me, even though it wasn’t MY fault that they gave MY sub to the WRONG person, it was THEIR fault. I never got my sub, but they refunded me. Horrible ser
