Deer Park Villa is one of the best wedding venues in the Bay Area. It's easily accessible (for any guests that may have motor/walking disabilities) and the facility is beautiful. They have both the indoor portion for alcohol and dancing and the outdoor portion for the ceremony and reception (weather permitting). The staff were also very quick and professional when switching the layout from the ceremony to the reception layout. The venue was perfectly sized, not too small that everyone felt cramped but not too big where people start to wander off. I also loved that the venue isn't that well known. Most of my family (and my brother who is a pastor and has done 100s of weddings in the bay area) who have been long term Bay Area residents have never even heard of this place and was delightfully surprised when they arrived.
The staff is also very friendly from the tour of the venue, to revisiting for planning and then the day of, they were all very professional and easy to work with. They also answer any questions you may have in a timely matter. We also rented the Bridal Cottage which was perfect as it was a place that we could put all of our stuff and not worry about it, plus we can use the cottage as often as needed throughout the day. The cottage also provides 3 additional full bathrooms, which is handy on a big day!

Deer Park Villa was everything we could have asked for in a wedding venue. Their prices are reasonable and they're an absolutely spectacular venue. Professionalism was top-notch, and their list of regular vendors was incredibly helpful in planning our day. We will highly recommend them to anyone we know looking to get married in this area, 10/10!
We had a great parents' night out. We had a band playing some great classic hits from the 70s and 80's the bar was serving great drinks, and I had a very well-made painkiller. Great location, plenty of space to spread out, and a nice private venue. If I had known about this place when I got married, I would've gone here. Beautiful trees, scenery, and well managed

The grounds are gorgeous and pristinely maintained at all times. They are one of the few that stay open late in the Bay Area which was something that was important to us. They also have a very big parking lot and allow guests to park overnight, which was very convenient. Management even gave us a deal on their sister property a Few blocks away for our after party.
Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the red wood grove for our ceremony due to rain, but the team allowed us to hold off on making the call until just a few hours before. We were so bummed but They made it as cozy as they could indoors and we still had the best time.
I am a wedding photographer and have photographed multiple weddings at Deer Park Villa in Fairfax, CA. Each time I photograph a client's wedding there, I am more impressed by the beauty of the venue and the the care of the friendly staff. I've been photographing weddings for 10 years and Deer Park Villa is one of my all time favorite locations. I highly recommend it for any couple wanting a storybook setting among the redwoods.

I visited this place with my son, his fiancé and her mother one week ago. I was honored that they asked me to come along to give my input I was sold the minute we got there. Im very happy that they chose this venue. It has different seating areas amongst beautiful scenery, trees, flowered bushes, beautiful plants and flowing water streams. The outdoor wedding is going to be gorgeous. There are 2 bars one indoor with a large covered outdoor patio set with tables and chairs for quiet conversation, and another outdoors near where the ceremony will take place and where the dinner and dancing will be...it all will be lit up with strings of light in the evening. There also is a large dance floor in the inside part of the hall as well. The venue sets up, takes down and cleans up. They offer a variety of services included in their packages. The coordinator we met was very friendly, professional and explained every detail. There is a bridal cottage for the bride and her wedding party to use to get ready in. This is going to be a very beautiful and picturesque wedding. I can't wait till the beginning of summer next year when my Son and My future Daughter in law are married here! It's beautiful! Just beautiful!
(From a photographer) My favorite venue!! The weddings I've photographed at Deer Park Villa have always been so seamless. The photos turn out beautifully! Since everything is close together, you get more time on your wedding day (no need to go far away to take pictures, your guests don't have to travel anywhere between ceremony and reception, etc). It's my favorite venue; if you're thinking about booking it, I'd highly recommend!
This was a great place to have a wedding - right out among the magnificent redwood trees. Next to the grove is an indoor area with dance floor and large deck.
Beautiful venue, for weddings. Definitely chilly out here in the winter time, so bring warm jackets or blankets, but the management also provides outdoor heaters, which helped a lot. I didn't get to explore around too much, but from where I spent my time, it was lovely and the staff are cery friendly and curteous to your needs.
This is an amazing place to hold events, especially weddings.
