When we pulled in about 4 pm, there wasn’t many cars. We were seated immediately. Our Waiter, Chris, was phenomenal! Very quick, accurate, polite and professional. He offered another round of soup and breadsticks. Our order came out quickly. We ordered the 6 oz sirloins with fettuccine Alfredo. Our food was hot, steaks perfect and every bite was delicious! Thank you Chris!
Minestrone soup was very good, the grilled chicken Margareta was just ok 👌. Had the Spaghetti with meat sauce and Italian sausage tonight. It was very good ate way to much.
The food was hot and delicious. Our waiter Matthew was wonderful. He didn’t bug us but made sure we had everything we needed. Excellent customer service. Thank you 🙏
The spaghetti and meatballs was good, texture was good, flavor really good. Got fettuccine as well, it was good too. Waitress was amazing, constantly checking in on us, smiling, talkative, yet on point, she was no rookie. Bread sticks were brought constantly, so we're refills, and salad, cheese grated @ the table, as much as we liked. Wonderful experience.
Excellent food, great drinks, awesome atmosphere, and epic service! Our family absolutely loves this Olive garden location and we love to visit on family night. Our kids enjoy it as much as us, thanks for a great family night as always! We look forward seeing you next time!
Our visit from Ontario to this Olive Garden was a GREAT experience! *ask for JULIE* she was our server and one of the most kind and fun human being. She made our experience amazing and made sure to offer us the best Olive Garden had and did not disappoint. Such a reasonable price too. My husband and I had 2 beers, soup salad and fettuccini Alfredo which came to $30 total!
Thanks again to Julie and Olive garden for the exceptional service and food. We will be back when we pass through on the way home!!

I loved the shrimp scampi that I ordered! The salad was delicious, as always The wait staff went over and above to make our friend's birthday celebration delightful for her.
Food was amazing as always. The kids menu had plenty of selections, service was kind of slow especially when trying to cash out but overall had a great time. I love the olive garden on route 4.

Service got better at end, but was not great to start with. A few things that are pet peeves of mine and just feel rude. I am handicapped, and was not even seated, when I am being asked about my order. There is obviously two menus and I am alone. And waitress still asks for our drink order before other person is there. So I go ahead and order a drink for each of us to start. When waitress brings the drinks, they are wrong. I order my self another drink. Waitress walks off as I am ordering. She is behind my back as I finish telling her what I want. How rude is it to walk away while customer is ordering. I don't want to have to shout after waitress to give her my order.
Repeatedly things she brought to table were wrong and she walked off as we tried to tell her. It took her 15 minutes to even take our order after she brought our drinks. We needed refills before we even ordered ( which of course we got at end of meal). Was just really frustrating service. Never received the glass of water I asked for. I have respiratory problems and being able to drink something is important in dry environments that trigger coughs. I had members of my party pour part of their drinks in my glass ( multiple times) because I could not get a drink refill or a glass of water from waitress.
The experience was good. You could tell that they were understaffed and were training new people. The staff already working did everything they could to make my party feel taken care of. The only thing that bothered me a little were the pile of dishes outside of the kitchen that was about 10 feet from where we were sitting. Our server was wonderful.
Walked in and was accurately quoted a wait time. Got seated and service was great. They were accommodating for a custom drink order and very friendly. The food was good and portions big, like you would expect. The atmosphere was great and the place was probably one of the nicer Olive Gardens I’ve been to. It was not loud like the Florence location is.
The only ‘negative’ I can think of is the bathroom counters were pretty low but that isn’t worth dinging a star. If I’m in the area and want Italian I’ll be back.
I'm sure our server was psychic! She knew what and when we wanted it before we did. All the things you like about OG were on point. There was a wait to get seated buy that's to be expected when a place is desirable.
Olive Garden is my favorite restaurant! My boyfriend and I love coming here on date nights and Amber is the nicest server ever!! She is always on top of things and we never even have to ask for anything! <3
The food was good, what you would expect. Chris was our server and he did an outstanding job. My mother in law goes there a lot and she said this was the best service she has ever gotten at that restaurant. He was definitely outstanding.
The only problem I had was our server. She was really lagging. She forgot to bring one of our drinks. We had to ask another server to get it for us. We needed 3 salad plates and she only brought out two. She took forever with everything that was asked of her. The food was really good.
