The food we had is good. The sauce has a good flavor. The bread sticks were great. The thin crust is crispy and good. Sausage chunks might be a little big for some kids though.
It was amazing I miss it every time I go home. Staff was excellent and amazing. It wasn't very expensive. My and my gf had lung date while we were visiting my parents. It was her 1st time as we live in central Kentucky.
Had a carryout pizza at this LaRosa's location on Sunday, 11/12/23. We were very disappointed in the pizza. There was too much of everything, too much sauce, too much mushrooms and too much jalapeño. We did not order any extra's. My wife could not eat it. I called the 347-1111 center to complain and they were nice about it and gave me a $10 credit. I insisted that I didn't want a refund, but I only complained so that they would do a better job next time. I'm only writing this review because the supervisor at the LaRosa's call center came across as if she only wanted to get me off the phone and the store manager would never hear me compliant. I like this location, it's close to my house and I want to trust them enough to come back.
Update: I immediately heard from the GM of Fairfield LaRosa's which means they really care about their customers - I really appreciate their concern. I look forward to returning to this store for dinner. I raise my rating from a 3 star to a 4.
Those barbecue wings were Magnificent and Delicious, meaty, just perfect, finger licking good. I went back the next day for another order.
Hometown favorite, my family orders from here at least once a month. We've had a couple of mix ups. They are always fixed quickly .
Great service an it's nice an big in there. Food came out fast. Nice an clean ,alot of parking an big enough for larger families.
Great pizza, I like the tastthe sauce sauce. The only thing I was not pleased with was that I couldn't order extra because of a six item rule for pizzas. Which if I am paying for I should be able get whatever I want on there without a problem.
Very comfortable remodel, even more comfortable food and friendly service. I did not share with staff that meatballs on sub had texture and taste of freezer burn (as if thawed and refrozen) and maybe could've used more sauce and cheese, altho' it was a lot less messy than in years past. I think there used to be strands of onion prominently added with a seeded bun on top, but I may be thinking of somewhere else. Overall, everything was of highest quality and in generous amounts, from their attentive staff especially to the onion soup which was caramelized, salty and gooey and perfect Whole experience makes me want to go back soon to this location!

Lunch is always good at this location. Hot food, fast servers and always ready to check for refills.
It was noticeable that they were short staffed. Would have been nice to see managers help out. There were plenty of tables that needed to be cleaned off when we arrived and were still full of dishes when we left. Our waitress was a Rockstar, she was awesome.
I cannot say anything bad about the staff that was working. It's just a shame no one wants to work.
There was one waitress and knowing she was probably stressed to the tee, she was still friendly. Great job.
Great store and all but they hire starting at 10 a hour, please tip them, they need it
The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The remodel really paid off. Staff is amazing and recognizes us as regulars which we enjoy. I have never had an issue here and the food looks better than the photos. It’s impeccably clean inside and everyone takes a lot of pride in the store. During a time when customer service is low as a whole, Larosa’s has exceeded customer service and leaves an enjoyable experience that causes customers to come back over and over. Thank you for making our Friday and Saturday nights so memorable.
