Very bad service. We called ahead and to order but when we arrived to pick up, cashier had no idea about our order. They said " we having some issues with our computers. Can you wait 10 to 15 mint. We had to re order. No one even apologized. Staff was so rude. They messed up not only our's but oth
Service is horrible. I waited 30 minutes for two tacos and when I got them the tortilla was completely cold. Salsa is good I'd have to say. I'd give them that at least. Other than that I don't think I will be visiting a Rubios ever again. Spend your money somewhere else!!
Restaurant staff was engaging. Acknowledged our entrance with a cheerful greeting. Patient while we viewed the menu and made meal friendly suggestions, not high pressure up selling, status of meal completion.
Their hours are supposed to be until 9pm, but that is a lie. More like 8 or 8:30 depending on the whims of staff. Their pickled hot carrots are more marinated jalapino with carrot and onion added in as a spice. Other than that, the food is decent and the service fast and professional.
