They make my day everytime I come. I drive an hour just to get my coffee from them. (Wish I had one closer) The best customer service hands down. Full of energy and hard not to smile around them. The best coffee served and the most respectful and kind workers. Why be basic when you can be apart of the #DutchBrosFam Also do not mind waiting at all! Good customer service and great coffee. I'll gratefully spend 15-20mins in line for amazing coffee and outstanding customer service. If there's a line it's usually just a sign that there's something good at the end.

I love this place! I'm never disappointed when I order. I usually ask them to surprise me with the drink. I never know what I'm drinking until I take the first sip. Customer service is amazing! They're always friendly, outgoing, and actually talk to you.

The staff is the best and my favorite is the Carmel freeze.
My wife and I aren't from an area where Dutch Bros. operates and we always look for them in our travels. The staff is always amazingly nice and they also tend to seem like they're hosting a raging party. At least it seems like they're having fun. Must be a good company culture.
The lines are usually long but because there are two windows and they have employees walking up to cars to take orders it moves quickly. They are always friendly and the drinks are consistent.
Fast, friendly and helpful services with great quality coffee and fair prices. Need I say more? Stop going to the old Star $ and try something worth drinking. There you force me to say more so I did.
Their service was excellent and I can see why it's up there with Starbucks on terms of quality and flavor. Their drink names are an A+ and the employees are efficient and helpful. It is definitely worth the wait if you decide to get something. I would recommend this place for anyone that wants to get a good drink and I especially recommend a German Chocolate Blended if you were to go there!
The customer service at Dutch Bros in Fairfield is Amazing. They go above and beyond and I think in the 🌎 we live in today where good customer service is almost non-existent, they prove it can still be done. I live several hours away and always make a point to stop there instead of any other coffee shop. Thanks u guys are killin it!
I love Dutch bros so much, and I can honestly say I spend 85% of my income on Dutch Bros coffee, I always feel welcome, and everyone still has a smile; I couldn't recommend this place enough.
