I know every restaurant in CA is struggling with the Covid mandate. The staff was very upbeat and worked well together. The dining area was immaculate. The food was visually pleasant and very tasty. Parking is easy to get in and out of the parking lot.
I get very good customer service here. They make sure I'm having a nice experience when I walk in. " Would you like a water while you wait" "how's your day going" "is your bike secure" are all questions they ask which is not something I get from most delivery experiences. dinning room is very big
The guy of drive-thru was busy but he think goodness it was friday. He had his hands full but he took a extra order that we forgot to order.
And the food we order was good. My friend order a taco but the taco shell was dry and I order a beefy melt burrito which is not bad. The only bad thing I have
The people here are always super nice but it is BY FAR The slowest Taco Bell. The drive through line is always lined up into the next parking lot and it feels like they need to hire more people or something.
It's Taco Bell, so there are no surprises. On the scale of Taco Bells, this location had crispy shells and fresh veggies in their tacos and burritos, and the prices weren't jacked up by the licensee.
We will never go to this Taco Bell past 8pm, service is horrible and they always say they’re “short staff” put have more then four people working. Food also sits there cold.
They were busy with orders and took a long time for our order. We didn't say anything, but they gave us extra food anyways and apologized. You don't see that anymore, it was appreciated!
This TB is my personal favorite. The gentlemen who does drive thru in the AM is always such a delight. My order is always made correctly here.
