Been there three times. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt each time the food is bland and cold, but I just can’t after my third time eating there. However, the workers there are very nice and charismatic so I have them an extra star.

I was over charged for my order on my credit card. Apparently the person before me paid with cash and my order was combined with theirs and they charged my card. I didnt notice right away then I went and told the cashier and she said it wasnt charged to my card and she gave me the wrong receipt. I l

I haven't had Soul food like this for 20+ years. Since my military service years. I've missed spicy soul food like my fellow marines Mom's would make when we would get a weekend pass and they would take me with them. Should be in a full service restaurant not a foodcourt.

The food was horrible. It’s suppose to be a soul food restaurant and the food is so bland. Absolutely no seasoning!!!! I wouldn’t recommend this food to anyone. The chicken was so dry and them dollar fries was cold before they got to me. I am so disappointed they need to take the soul out of the nam
