They did their best to space customers apart and all of the staff had their masks on. Food was good as always.

I must say chef James is awesome. Can't remember the last time I had veal but this was to die for the waitresses were very attentive and knew everything there was to know about the wine lest which was 6 pages on a trifold if I could give it more than 5 stars I would I definitely say make reservations. Definitely an upscale Italian restaurant great for Any special occasion just don't forget to make reservations and tell James Taylor sent you

I went out for dinner with my wife tonight. We didn’t really see the inside as we preferred to eat outside tonight. Our waiter was awesome! I was between two dishes, a seafood dish and a veal dish... two complete opposites, so I know it’s hard to recommend one over the other. He asked if I was hungry or not, I said that I was and he scribbled down my order. Asked if I wanted to be surprised? He ended up giving me the veal dish, and it was delicious. Growing up with two immigrant Italian parents, veal was on the table very often. Haven’t had it in years! So I was super glad he chose that dish for me. My wife ordered the gnocchi with sage and butter sauce. I know gnocchi can be filling so it’s hard to gauge how much is enough. Wish we had a little more gnocchi. But yet that could have been our stomach talking because we were hungry. But both dishes were delicious!! Appetizers we had the stuff pepper, and our second plate was a burrata with crispy prosciutto. The stuff pepper was good, but the buratta was amazing. Could have kept ordering it! I wish I took photos of my food as I normally do, but I was so hungry that it slipped my mind. Definitely a cute little gem in Fairfield. I will 100% be going back!
