I understand they make fresh but very slow for before lunch rush

Im from out of town and they dont have a Duchess near my home, so this was my first visit ever and I give it a thumbs up! Duchess in Fairield on the post road was not a good experience. Girl at the register seemed like she could care less. The soda machines were out of ice & pretty much any kind of soda you wanted. Will never go to this one again!!

Only four stars because the drive-thru forgot to include the ranch dressing and when I asked for it I received only one small container. Not exactly what I was expecting??? The fries were old & cold and the carrot cake taste like butter, margarine was mixed on the top. Disposed of immediately?? I guess I should just stick to what I know. I am a fan of Boston Ave Duchess aka Maraczi's[??🤔]more so than anywhere. Now I know.

No napkins in the bag. I have to ask for a napkin commin sense. Put the sandwich in the bag and then a napkin. Thr sandwich was warm not hot
