Had a wonderful night at Akita Restaurant. Walked into the restaurant with a warm greeting from the staff and brought right to our hibachi table. The chef made us the dinner for 2 which included lobster, shrimp, scallops and steak for protein accompanied by salad, soup, rice , noodles and vegetables. The hibachi chef was very entertaining and was protected by his face shield. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Akita and look forward to going again. SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESSES!
We absolutely love Akita. The staff is always so friendly and cheerful. The food is fresh and delicious. My husband and I try something new on the menu every time we come in, and are never disappointed!!!!
The owner is super friendly and likes to make sure that everyone has an enjoyable experience and happy with their meal... we absolutely love sushi and Akita is the Ferrari of sushi. Nothing around compares!
Good food entertaining chef. Fresh sushi. I came with my sister and we both had a glass of wine with steak hibachi. Steak was cooked to perfection as medium. No pink but tender. Tuna and salmon sushi were tasty and wasabi was spicy enough. Waitress was friendly. Will be back.
FANTASTIC HIBACHI
Very light and tasty and was worth every dime. The in house dressing and dips were the best and complemented the food very well.
This place would be perfect for business meetings, family gatherings, or a great date.
I found everyone to be friendly and helpful. The atmosphere changes throughout and the large aquariums were pretty cool.
Total time spent here was approx 45 minutes and we were not rushed.
The missing star is due to cleanliness. The grill itself and the counters were spotless, however there were some neglected areas that most people wouldnt see. Like between the grill top and counter, corner areas on the floor, etc etc etc
Overall, i would go there again and would recommend this place to others.
Amazing sushi, the love boat comes garnished very decoratively. Good service and a delicious night out with my fiancee.
Fast and friendly service (although I was there early) reasonably priced with great food.
