Place is Awesome!. Food & staff were Great! Had the short rib taco appetizer and it was the best I have ever had. We had steak for dinner and it was FABULOUS! It was cooked to perfection and the portion was a great value. Would highly recommend this place. We will be back soon!
I found the the best place to eat within 5 miles is this place and it's across from my work, so I eat here everyday. The menu is very diverse and the food is top notch! Everything taste freshly prepared with very nice portions. The staff is genuinely friendly with the owner on the floor every night. Franklins is a must for lunch or dinner.
The Texan
This is a great restaurant. The food is delicious. There are many beers on tap from many different breweries. The waiters/waitresses are very attentive and right there when you need something. We watched a band and had a great time!
The Drinks and food were so good my BF steak was excellent and garlic mash potato to die for(forgot to take a pic), my burger was very delicious. The customer service is great, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Looking forward to go again.
Great food and service. Vast menu will have something for everyone including adult beverages. Large rooms and clean facilities made the night a pleasure. Highly recommend a visit and try it for yourself. I had the 22oz Delmonico which was cooked to perfection with exceptional seasoning. My side was a baked potato which could have been hotter but worked anyway. I asked for extra butter and they delivered. I would get it again next time. Appetizers were Garlic Parmesan wings which were large but not tough at all and perfectly coated. Also tried the Fried Pickles which were coated just right and not greasy at all.

Overall, as a first time patron, this was a good experience. I think the first misconception lies in the name. Normally when i hear "steakhouse" I think of dark, comfortable settings with a dress code, an extensive wine list and amazing steak. This is not that steakhouse. Franklin's has a variety of cuts on the menu; but this is a restaurant, catering to American classics (burgers, ribs, tacos) with an affinity for sandwiches. The vibe inside is laid back and blue collar. Our service was on point, with frequent check backs and punctual drink and food deliveries. The food itself was cooked to order, and came out quickly.
**For those looking to dine on a budget, this restaurant offered a variety of buy one/get one (dine-in) specials for most days of the week 😀. Tonight was buy an order of wings, get 1 free!

Likely to return, for American comforts and favorites, served at a reasonable price.
Taking away 1 star for wings that were a bit on the dry side, and for lacking a more service oriented approach (greetings, specials and general menu knowledge were lacking).
Fun atmosphere, excellent food. I imagine this place is nuts during football season with the amount of tvs there. As long as you don't have a shellfish allergy, you MUST get the hotsy totsy shrimp. I don't know if the place is related in any way to the old Franklin Steakhouse in Nutley on Franklin Ave, but the shrimp dish was an old fav, and seeing it on the menu here brought back so many memories, and as they nailed the flavors I remember oh so well, it made me a happy man. The garlic parmesan wings are addicting, my strip steak was well executed, and the staff was very warm and welcoming. Looking forward to grabbing my brother and going back once again.
This restaurant is amazing! Their steaks are incredible and their waitresses are very kind. The timing on the food is great and they don’t take long.
