They're always super friendly and courteous and I’m always glad to see them.
The manager and certain other coworkers are extremely distrusting and their attitudes towards their paying customers are horrendous.

Poor customer service, and the woman said the bathroom is broken. How do they wash their hands before serving people donuts!!! Disgusting…
They never have all the items other D&Ds have. There are never sprinkles on their donuts as there should be and their decaf is always cold. Lastly, the order on the go should be ready when you get there and it rarely is!!

They're pricing is different all over the place. I went today for a large iced tea, and the promo posted under the camera said $1.99. The menu reader board said $2.12, and when I got to the cashier to pay it was $2.65. I asked the woman, and she said she needed to change it but insisted she charged
Rude, rude, rude! I told the guy to please put a little more of the mocha swirl in my ice coffee. Clearly he has no understand if the word little. The coffee was extremely sweet I couldn’t drink that! He then proceeded to argue with me claiming that I said one more. I never told him one more, I said
Stop here every time I drive West to Pennsylvania. Coffee is consistently good.
