The food is excellent, & inexpensive, and the service is friendly and quick. I usually get 2 meals out of every order: I eat until I'm full while sitting at the table, and then I get a box and have enough for a whole other meal for later when I get home... And that just makes the food that much of a better value! Their onion rings with ranch are the best I've eaten since I left the Pacific Northwest, too!
Awesome food and large portions. I had the tenderloin and there was easily enough for 2 sandwiches. The brisket was juicy and tender too. I definitely recommend this place.

Awesome experience. Fabulous food. We had the brisket sandwich, corn fritters, pulled pork sandwich, and fried pickles. Super friendly service, and portion size was very good!! Definitely worth the drive :-)
Great food!! We had the pulled pork sandwich and the brisket along with the beans and sweet potato fries. Our kids had chicken strips and fries and they were amazing as well! We can't wait to come back down and try everything else on the menu.

The burnt ends were amazing! My friend had the brisket - he said this is one of the very best places around for brisket. I love the wide variety of sauces available, too. Great atmosphere - a must try!! �
Sweet 'n Saucy catered our work event in Sigourney. The food was delicious. Co workers could not wait to stop by and try other food from their menu. People were very impressed and Tony did a wonderful job.

The food is amazing! I usually get the pulled pork but the menu has something for everyone. You are sure to find your favorite sauce too, out of the many available and don't worry about only getting it there because you can buy it to go!

My 2 children and I had dinner at Sweet 'n Saucy tonight and it was amazing. The staff was wonderful and the food was magnificent. It's been so long since I've had some good BBQ. That's saying a lot considering we moved here after spending 4 years in Texas.

I got the pulled pork nachos which were good. Basically just pulled pork and cheese sauce. Would have been even better with some traditional nacho toppings like onion and tomato. But the hero was definitely the pork. Flavorful and juicy. I added some XX sauce that was super spicy and tasty. I definitely recommend Sweet 'n Saucy!
Neat little restaurant downtown Fairfield. Great service and food was very good! BBQ fries with chicken was awesome. Big portions and cooked fast too. Staff was friendly and was very gracious when we came in late shortly before they closed. I will be back!
It was a nice place to eat, clean and the staff was nice. We ordered the ribs and they were very dry. But the BBQ pulled pork with cheese and waffle fries was amazing

Absolutely phenomenal smokehouse barbeque. The ribs are to die for, but they only serve them on weekends, so be sure to order the burnt ends instead. They were out of smoked turkey that day, too. I would've loved to try that. The pulled pork, brisket, & chicken are also amazing. Everything is fresh, made right there in house, even their 8+ amazing sauces which you will want to sample all of. If you're passing through Fairfield, or visiting the American Gothic House, definitely stop in and get some of this mouthwatering barbeque!
This place was really great! Great customer service, great food, chill atmosphere. Do yourself a favor and go tonight. All the sauces were fun to try, I like the XX spicier one the best. The fried pickles were perfect! My lady love liked the waffle fries, as did I. I can’t wait to go back!
Our first time going, me and my husband had the rib tips and liked them. Mac and cheese was decent too.
I 💗 BBQ and this is hands down the BEST BBQ I've ever had in my life! I would drive the 8 hrs from Ohio back to iowa to eat it again! It was simply amazing. Tiny place but this guy's doing it right! You can smell it two blocks away and from that moment you just know it's gonna be great.
