The staff here are professional and courteous, even though they are short staffed due to the pandemic. Restaurant was modern and sanitary. The food was cooked well and displayed correctly on the trays. Probably the best BK experience I've ever had! Great job FF BK!!
The management should probably choose other staff members for customer facing positions. I was a little worried about the sanitary conditions based on my interactions with the drive thru lady. Food was ok. Fries were fresh. Whopper patty had been cooked and sat for quite a while before we got it. Lu
Took almost 45 mins to get my food. I stood in the lobby for 15 mins before someobe said I could order. Apparently from the back ground banter, the guy cooking was on drugs and was having a hard time keeping up. The lady at the counter finally took my order though I had to repeat it over and over so
Fairfield, Iowa. Very slow. It seems people don't show up for work on a regular basis. The last 3 times I have went they were short handed by at least 2 people.
The people who were there were apologetic and very nice. They were doing the best they could.
Watched employees walk around taking out trash and 2 cars after me got their food before I for 1 cheese burger. 20 Mins is Insane for 1 sandwiche. No wonder everyone in town say to boycot this place.
This place is a joke. I would've did no stars if it was an option. Very slow service. I think they need to quit hiring crack heads. By the time we got our order, all our hamburgers were cold and disgusting. No I didn't take it back, I didn't want to wait another 45 mins. For the same results.
Pretty slow considering I was the only customer there at that time. Waited at the order board for several minutes wondering if it just didn't work?
Didn’t get all the food paid for and mistakenly trusted what’s in the bag was correct so didn’t look to check. Got home to find out that there wasn’t enough food to fed everybody cuz didn’t get all of what was ordered.
Went back and they; did remake what wasn’t received first trip through. But took
