I preordered 2 dozen bagels for pick up. When I got there they weren’t ready but the gentleman working
(? Manager) quickly got the order ready. He couldn’t have been more apologetic and went out of his way to make it right. I will continue to bring my business to this site!
The best bagels in Rochester with lots of great flavor choices. My one complaint is that since the pandemic they still have not brought back dining in! Infuriating! We had to eat in the car!

Bruegger’s was a tradition on Sundays growing up. It still is a favorite. For some reason, this particular location serves the best tasting bagels compared to the other locations. Make sure to sign up for free app. I enjoyed a free bagel breakfast sandwich this morning. Wednesdays $2 off a dozen bagels. Love it when I can eat a fresh hot bagel. You can asd receipts after the fact but it is more difficult don't forget to scan barcode or give phone number. Much easier.
Love Bruegger’s! I drive 20+ minutes to them as I pass DD and TH along the way, because of their quality bagels over everyone else’s. Simple enough! Wish they had one in Canandaigua!!!
Service is usually fast and reliable, and the location is easily accessible. Bagels are always good quality and fresh. Good spot to grab a few dozen for the office. Recommended it you're a bagel fan.
Stopped to grab bagels and cream cheese for breakfast. Staff on hand were attentive and cordial, but a long line awaited customer's (potentially from short staff / current pandemic).
One of my favorite breakfast places. Better coffee than anywhere else around as long as your not looking for anything fancy and the bagel sandwiches just can't be beat
Pricey bagels but they are sooo yummy. Especially when they're still warm. Pair it with one of their cream cheeses--you can't go wrong. Most brueggers I've been to have a friendly staff.
