Domino's Pizza - Fairview Heights - Photo album

The pizza was rock hard when delivered. The delivery time was 50-70 mins it took 2 hours and 20 mins, I understand short staffed or whatever the case may be but for the pizza to be sent out like this even after a quality check from the manager ADAM! How was this approved to leave the store?

Good food for a good price. Offers delivery for a good price as well. Okay customer service but very friendly. No public restrooms but does have free parking. Also open super late which is always a plus!

Usually one of my favorite locations but they've been dropping the ball lately. Ordered pickup and received raw deep dish pizzas and the others so greasy they leaked through the boxes before I made it home. Submitted feedback online and heard nothing. Unimpressed.

Don't recommend ordering from here. I've ordered delivery 2 times and NEVER received my food and whenever I contact the store I am never able to receive a refund. Customer service is poor over the phone and you have no option for any other contacts. I understand being short staffed and things taking

The pizza delivered-was not what was ordered, wings undercooked, garlic cheese bread was ok, and customer service over the phone-horrible. "Apparently" the number we were dialing was not the "right" number. What was supposed to be delivered, turned into return reorder & pick up.

Got a pizza here that was burnt, and once we got home the pizza was NOT hot but WARM had to warm it up and the pizza wasn't even cut.. and we couldn't get in touch with the store smh. I know you guys are busy but people spending money to get what they paid for.
