The sweet pork Barbacoa burrito enchilada style is their signature dish. It is really good and a lot of food. It comes with a side of lettuce and pico de gallo. I really like their horchata, too. The service there is good and they give half price to military on Mondays.

I have had wonderful ordering at experiences at Cafe Rio over the past few years, but I will never be going back after finding a roach in my salad this evening. I contacted customer support and was refunded (thank you!), but I felt it necessary to post this photo so others know that the restaurant

Aside from Chipotle and Moe’s, Cafe Rio offers a variety of different options. You can tell it’s truly authentic. It is a bit pricy for a “fast food” establishment but the portions are much larger. It usually takes me two days to finish the salad bowl.

The last two times I've ordered online , its taken more than 20 minutes after the estimated time to receive my food. There isn't even really anyone to speak to because there is one employee who bags the food and also processes the payment. Once I've gotten their attention finally, they come to tell

No carne asada after 7:30ish. I came multiple times around 9 asked for carne asada and they said “We have to clean up the grill early” so infuriating, i’m an original customer from the first Café Rio that existed in Utah and that never happened in years.

Terrible. They gave the wrong bag to a different customer. Customer leaves with it and returns claiming it wasn't hers. This was a 2:00pm pickup and ended up giving me the bag that the customer returned with at 2:25pm. I have no idea what the customer did with the food. Do not recommend.
