I was visiting the area for a conference and walk to panera every day for a coffee. To my surprise the second day I went for coffee the waitress knew my name and order, she remember from the day before. It felt great, like I was a local. Great coffee and great service.
If you like dirty restaurants with broken and ripped up furniture, this place is for you. Also, if you like your order being wrong every time you come in, this place is for you. Don't expect fresh coffee. It won't be refilled & you'll wait about 10 minutes for them to brew anything new.
Fast, friendly service. The food is scrumptious, regardless of what you order!
Panera Bread is a wonderful cafe and bakery to meet friends or finish some work while having excellent coffe, baked snacks, or light healthy meals

Inside is a nice place but the restroom stinks. I left because of that. The Mexican boy cashier was scratching his hair without washing his hands.

Bad service! Hot water is warm. This cashier did not ask for my Panera card. Do I lost my visit. He doesn’t give me a receipt
